Nvc gave me my case and invoice number long time ago before my PD got current in chart B ..  Is it possible to proceed with processing since I have my invoice and case number or do I have to wait for further instructions from them?

My PD is march 2015 and its current on 2nd chart . no welcome letter yet, tho I sent them an email few days ago

You can only inquire after 3 months if you haven't received it. That doesn't mean you will get it after 3 months. You may get early or may not get it by then. 

Cause I know some people who called nvc after 2-3 weeks and the letter was sent to them to start nvc processing

3 months ?? I thought it doesn't take that long for them to release welcome letter after ur PD becomes current

Good news!!!My PD is now current on date of filing chart. When do I receive welcome letter or do I have to call nvc???

the department of state gets to publish the visa bulletin pretty late nowadays...don't know why

It doesn't matter if it is the same country. Millions of people born in a country. So, there could be thousands of Danny Rocks. So, Danny Rocks born in State A is obviously not the same Danny Rocks born in State B. I would definitely change it, but others can weigh in.

Hello guys!! I need your help. I might be starting my NVC processing soon but there's one little issue bothering me.  The place of birth in my passport is different from the one on my birth certificate, Although it's same country but it's a different state. Does it really matter since its the same country? Or do I have to make a correction with a new birth certificate knowing I have used the current birth certificate for uscis processing?
