Mine skipped the "Card approved" status
Your next status should be "Card was mailed to you" and then "Card was picked up by USPS" (at that point you will get a tracking number)How long did it take from "Card is being produced" to "Card was mailed to you"?

Hey guys! I’m planning to call USCIS tomorrow because tomorrow my case will be outside of normal progressing range. Does anyone know if the office opens at 8 AM eastern time or Central time ? Thanks!
Eastern

I called them at 8 AM and was transferred to a T2 officer within 5 minutes. The automated system told me that the wait time would be 1-3 minutes while it was actually 50 minutes..

So RFE doesn't affect EAD processing time? I had an RFE too
I think the case is on pause while they wait for RFE.

Yea same situation, i filled out the papers March 29, I received an RFE birth certificate June 27 , they received the response June 2, since then no update, I don’t even know what going on after that, « Scheduled for interview » is that for the Green card ?
I’m not sur, but I think the EAD/AP don’t need an interview
Yeah, that's for GC. EAD and AP don't need interview.

Expedited July 12th and sent in evidence July 30th and today I got the email your card is being produced!!
Did you receive any type of confirmation email after you submitted your evidence?

Has anyone else had a long time between filing for expedite and receiving any kind of reply from an officer? I asked for expedite on 7/17, was assigned to an officer on 7/19 but no communication since then.

@Manav91 and @isabel_sh, what number did you use to contact USCIS? I may call them today as well.
800-375-5283
Press 1, 1, 2, 2, # (if you want to skip listening to all the instructions)
Was on hold for about ~30 minutes before someone answered

For people that have not received a reply this might help.
I sent in the application on 04/03/2019 (Chicago lockbox) and they received it on 04/05/2019. However, I heard nothing until 04/25/2019 when the check was cashed (no texts/emails/NOAs). I spoke with USCIS today and the lady informed me that the NOAs were mailed out on 04/24/2019 and also gave me the receipt numbers so that I could track the application. She did say that 20 between receiving the application and mailing NOAs is not uncommon.
