Hey, thank you all for your input. It's much appreciated. So just to summarize what I have:
1. Passport info for my fiancee (biographical info + stamps)
2. Fiancee's I-94 (border crossing info)
3. My border crossing history for the specified time period (document requested from Canadian govt)
4. Airline ticket from when I went to Seattle the first time we met in person
5. AirBnb receipts and comments from hosts for two of the times I visited (also corroborated by my border crossing info from the Canadian govt)
Does this seem pretty solid? It's all the evidence I have. I did send in 11 pictures of us together and with friends with my initial petition.
Thanks for all your help!

UPDATE: Got some border crossing info back from Canada and so can move forward with the process. When I submit her passport info, do I need to submit all pages? The RFE states "including biographical data pages and pages showing entry and exit stamps showing you have both been present in a given location at the same time."

You should get the initial notification in about a week, at least based on my own experience. But that was for the I -129F. I would think it would be about the same.

I do also have some messages from the Airbnb hosts with a date attached thanking me for staying with them...

Get the required pages of her passport copied. << this is the valuable evidence.
Did you prepay for Airbnb, does the receipt have your name ... I might toss that in as well.
Yes, it has my name and date of stay. My thought with that is that the govt would view those documents the same way they view travel itineraries. But it doesn't hurt to have it.

No passport stamps? Receipt from the hotel/motel you stayed at?
She has passport stamps from her visits. The receipts I have are from Airbnb, which are generated when I book, not after I stay.

She can get her I-94 online. A printout should suffice the same as passport stamps: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/
Thank you! This will be very helpful. I can also get the passport stamps from her, but I suppose they do the same.

Ok, thanks. I do have two Airbnb receipts from when I went to stay over by her. I believe she might have passport entry stamps, but apparently the US doesn't stamp coming from Canada, so that's a no-go for me. But could probably include hers. I already submitted pictures of us together during the time frame, though I could have done more.

I got an RFE from the Us govt last week, and I'm trying to figure out how to proceed. I don't have many boarding passes from the time frame specified, and the one I do have wouldn't really show anything.
What the RFE told me:
Submit evidence that you and your fiance(e) have met each other at some time during the two-year period from May 15, 2017 until May 15, 2019, the filing date of your petition. Evidence may include, but is not limited to:
- Photocopies of your passport and/or your fiance(e)'s passport, (including biographical data pages and pages showing entry and exit stamps showing that you have been present in a given location at the same time.)
- Your own statement which must include the date, place, and circumstances of your meeting. If you submit a personal statement, it must be supported by additional evidence.
- Copies of travel documents (airline tickets, boarding passes, hotel accommodations, etc).
- Letters written to each other after your meeting(s), referencing the specific date and place of your meeting(s).
I made the mistake of only including travel itineraries. I might have some stay information available to me, but not as much as I would like, and not as many travel documents as I would like during this time frame. Any suggestions for evidence?
Thanks!

From the USCIS website:
We recommend assembling your package in the following order:-
Check or money order (Write the form you are filing and your A-Number or other applicable identification on the check or money order.)
I was wondering what is meant by "applicable ID on the check"? Thanks!

No. Affidavit comes later in the process at the consulate interview
Ok, thanks! Should I still provide the joint sponsor tax returns in the initial package?

Hello! My name is Seth and I'm new here. My fiance is from Canada and I am in the process of filing for the K-1. I am putting together the initial visa package. One of the checklists I read said to include joint sponsor's tax returns. Since I will be filing with a joint sponsor, what is the timeline for that? Do I include that info in the original petition, or do I wait and include that with the I-134?
To clarify, my current income reflected on my tax return does not meet the minimum income requirements. Does this mean I need to file an affidavit of support alongside the I-129F in the initial package?
Thanks so much!
Broke up with fiance. What do I need to do?

Been putting this off a bit, but I need to take care of it. My fiance and I broke up a few months ago, but I got my NOA 2 some time ago. The case has progressed to where Canada is handling it (She's Canadian). What do I need to do? Send a letter requesting that it be withdrawn?
Thanks!
