August 07, 2017 - USCIS Recieve my Petition

August 09, 2017 - I-797C Notice of Action 

March 20, 2019 - US Citizen

March 27, 2019 - Upgrade I-130 Petition to IR1

August 05, 2019 - Approved I-130 USCIS

September 17, 2019 - Request for Expedite          NVC 

September 24, 2019 - Willing to Expedite with  condition

September 24, 2019 - Welcome Letter / Paid                 

                                                  Fees 

October 11, 2019 - Submit All Documents /            

                   NVC need W2 for additional req. 

October 12 - 21, 2019 - NVC maintenance

October 21, 2019 - Send W-2 / Same Day DQ

October 24, 2019 - Interview Letter with Interview         date

November 25, 2019 - Interview Day @ 7:10am 🙏🙏😇

i just got new email from NVC they sent us Interview Date right away on November 25, 2019. 

Update guys We just got Document Qualified today 4hrs after when i submit my w2 as an additional document.

Resubmitted Docu (police cert changed to NBI)/NVC asked for the W2: Oct 11, 2019 
NVC Maintenance 😔: Oct 12-21, 2019
Sent W2/Document Qualified: Oct 21, 2019 😇

how did you expedite the case? I asked my Congressman office, he said I don’t qualify for it? There is a criteria to meet.

 

did you use Ask NVC Form in their site?

Thru email, no i did not ask them i did a lot of reasearch for expedite. See attachment. 

Update guys!! I sent expedite letter on my petition in NVC on September 19. On September  20 they email me and said that they will review it . Today i got an email again from NVC and said they are willing to expedite my petition. I got my case number and invoice number. 🙏😇

What i did on mine is i called them to upgrade my petition and after 1 week i received a letter on the mail saying that they upgrade my petition as a US citizen.

My 08/08 approved I-130 petition reached NVC on 09/04 and currently they are working on cases received on 08/12.

Approved on August 05, 2019, NVC received my approved petition on September 05, 2019. 

I just called NVC right now to ask if they received my approved petition and said they just receive it this morning. 😄 but they also said that i need to wait 8 weeks to process it and get a welcome letter. 😭

No they don’t update it yet. It says on the letter that they already sent my petition to NVC. I just need to wait 30 days to recieve a notice.

I just filed a case 2 weeks ago and i got the same response from all that i file need to wait for 5 months. I hope i can get approval this month.

I really hope i can get approval next month.  

*cross finger* maximum processing time of 24.5 months in F2A and 5 months in IR1.

I know right! I think its better we did not upgrade our petition. Lol! I hope i get my NOA2 next month.

I don’t have approval yet. My PD is August 07, 2017 and upgrade in March 27, 2019. We just have to wait.

Priority dates are not relevant for Spouse of USC.  It is immediate (USC) when filed or in your case, upgraded.

I have a question guys. If your priority date on visa bulletin become current will it be the same on USCIS? I filed i-130 on August 2017 and upgrade my petition to IR-1 last March 2019. By the way im still waiting for the NOA2. Thank you
