Biometrics 6/24 New Car Being Produced 8/31 Case approved 9/1 Card was mailed to me 9/2 Card in hand 9/8 We got it in the mail tonight. we never received a tracking number for it. i registered with USPS and signed up for the live tracking and i clicked on package and saw the tracking there. FYI
  3. Biometrics 6/24 New Car Being Produced 8/31 Case approved 9/1 Card was mailed to me 9/2 (I'm expecting to get an update today ,"card was picked up the the united states postal service" ) I didn't receive an actual notice it was waived, just card being produced and approved. Ill update when I get either another update or green card in hand.
  4. Thanks!! I should have put more info sorry! My local office would be Buffalo NY. Also we are adjusting from K1 visa. No notice or anything. Lawfully app shows as followed -Fingerprint fee was received -Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken -New card being produced. When i saw the lawfully update i assumed it was our case was getting scheduled for interview. Had to go onto USCIS to make sure Lawfully wasn't mistaken 😅
  5. Update today we just got notice our AOS card is being produced. No expedite, no interview. Just card is being produced. I heard that some AOS marriages were being waved of the interview, but I didn't expect it! Hope to get it in hand in a few weeks!
  6. If it shows delivered it should be there at least. It took ours 28 days after shipping. No cashed check, no NOA1. We were freaking out. But 28 days later the check was cashed and we received the texts for all 3 packets.
  7. We just received out EAD/AP Combo Card today!! I was so happy to see the combo card instead of 2 issued. Filed 4/26 NOA1 4/27 (it was backdated from when the fee was cashed) Package accepted and we received the notice via text 5/18 Biometrics 6/23 Approved 8/10 Mailed 8/12 In hand 8/15 We did file for expedite for job offer. However, no where in the history does it talk about the expedite, and we never sent any proof just using emma online.
  8. We got ead and ap approval this morning, but it was back dated to Aug 10th. I even check uscis site yesterday. Approved same date so I wonder if it will be a combo card. I feel like I've seen a few lately. 😊 How long does most seem to take to go from approved to card in hand? Thanks!!
  9. Yall are giving me some hope here!!! Congrats the the recent movement! Had our Biometrics Apt yesterday 6/23. Case this morning 6/24 changed to "case was updated to show fingerprints were taken".
  10. Just got the biometrics letter today. Submitted April 26 Recvied April 27 Noa may 18 Biometrics letter June 4 Biometrics June 23
  11. Received our texts at midnight last night finally!!! 23 days!! Still no check cashed so I assume today. Finally!! 😂
  12. I'm hopping it's just set aside. I quadruple looked over my papers. And last night looked over again since I scanned them all in. Everything seems correct. Binder clipped and check out front.
  13. You'll want the certificate unfortunately. It is certified by the state, thats the legal document. Took ours about 9 days to get in the mail from NYC.
  14. Any April filers still waiting for text or payment withdraw?
  15. I called yesterday since its been 15 days since usps says it was delivered. They basically told me i had to wait until 30 days without receiving the receipt before they can look into anything.
  16. hmm interesting. i never heard that at all. I always thought they take the money no matter what. Its the application fee. And yes i understand how many they receive every day. i get a few days difference, but I'm seeing cases that summitted weeks after mine was received at the office and getting NOA1. which makes me worry that even thought it was signed at the USPS whos to say they even have my packet. that's more so my worry. Government always accepts the money quick. That is what concerns me most. not the NOA1 is lacking but they haven't taken the money yet. VIA USCIS I-485 page "When you send a payment, you agree to pay for a government service. Filing and biometric service fees are final and non-refundable, regardless of any action we take on your application, petition, or request, or if you withdraw your request."
  17. thank you for the info! thats kind of what i was thinking is it is possible overall the check could add a few extra days to the process. It would be nice if VJ would start to track that. great statistical information.
  18. I mean that is exactly why we fill out our profiles. for statistical trends right? Our time lines all say Processing Estimates/Stats :
  19. that's actually was surprises me they haven't cashed the check yet! Everything has been slow with immigration but they usually are pretty quick to take our money 🤣
  20. true however that's how statistics work. I work with many predictive modeling scientists and its part of their job. Its never exact, but at that moment at that time we can get a general idea. Philippine embassy during covid was near nothing now its beginning to ramp up so we can use trends to predict and get a rough idea as to how its progressing.. The initial shutdown really hurt the statistics, but now things are becoming to be more "normal" so the statistics are getting much more consistent. Again its part of why we fill out our profiles on visa journey. for the statistics and predictive modeling of the trends. also yes i did fill out and submit the G-1145. hopefully i hear something soon. i cant believe the govt wouldn't want its money asap. But it is what it is! It would be really interesting however to do a study on card v check and see if there is a trend line, plenty of VJ members to mark card or check to see if they are comparable or different.
  21. i guess i should word it more like are card filers quicker than checks? it seems many more card filers seem to get quicker noa responses. i get not comparing to others, but it is why we have people fill out the profiles. it helps to build a rough estimate. would be nice to know are check filers longer than card at this point.
  22. i know its hard to compare to others, but seems like a vast majority similar to mine is within the dates. im curious as to are checks slower than card payments? its also good for future filers to know what is a better route. if i dont hear anything ill definitely send an enquiry, but it would be nice to see if others on the checking route are having similar longer processing time than card filers.
  23. Hey everyone! i started to compare others around my date for the AOS. Seems like 10-13 days is pretty common to at least get email notifications. Many also used a card to pay. I have signature required which was April 27. I still have no NOA notifications, or a check withdrawn from my bank. I'm starting to worry something is wrong or was misplaced as many others seem to breeze right through this. anyone else (in the 2022 file dates) over 14 days with checks being cashed? Thanks!
  24. thats great!! im hopping thats all it is with mine. we had signature required so i know it was delivered on april 27. But the check still hasnt been processed in my bank. Maybe i should have gone with the card instead. Starting to get worried now!
  25. any update on yours yet? i was received one day before you still waiting for my check to be cashed. weird as a few people had their received dated after us but got the noa1 notice before us too.
