    My processing time updated to 9 months. This is a good.

    Never know. I know your 751 has to get transferred to where your N400 is being processed. My lawyer told me it’ll go one or two ways. They’ll approve your 751 and you just have to do N400 interview or they call for a combo interview for both 751 and N400. My local office is handling my N400 but I haven’t got notification that my 751 got transferred as of yet.

    Mine shows 10 months as well. I’m in Raleigh NC. My lawyer said my office is moving rather fast N400s. My friend who lives in Tampa process took 4 months. Never know though. I’d take 6 months, even before the year is out if possible 😅

    I got that same email today. Had me excited too. Seems like it was referring to them accepting the case and reusing Biometrics. I would’ve taken that ROC was transferred to my local office at least

    Now apart of the N400 September 2022 Filers. Just submitted my application today.

    Yea, that’s what I was referring to, since I didn’t leave the country for more than 6 months, it said eligible. I’m jointly filing for the 751 but haven’t heard anything since my biometrics were reused and that was in October of last year. Its not urgent but I just want to be done with the immigration process and also need it for certain jobs. I have a lawyer too so I’ll also consult with him very soon. My window should be the 17th of September but if the days I left the country count, I’m looking at October.

    I only been out the country 16 days since I been a resident. The website said I’m fine but I remember someone telling you have to add the days you were out the country as well. So basically two weeks after 2 years and 9 months

    Can anyone confirm that if your windows starts for the N400 on the 90 days before your 3 years of your green card or you have to also add days you were out of the country.
