No, I don't know but you can find out by visiting your local office. I suspect you'll have to do a separate filing with a new fee.

Anybody here who has made an infopass appt with the San Antonio, TX office? Are the officers nice? And does anybody know if they issue emergency APs on the same day? Thanks!

I've seen filing for emergency AP directly with a local office work and for no greater emergency that to accompany a husband on a business trip.

I filed my AOS without filing for AP in Feb, and just got my biometrics for AOS and EAD done today. Last Fri, my hubby was informed that he has to go out of the country for a business trip for a week sometime in late April. And he really wanted me to come with, since he doesn't want to leave me all alone here for a week. So we quickly filed for AP (I-131) last Friday and it was received this Tues. No NOA for that yet.

My question is, I don't think I'll get my AP in time for his trip, and I wanna ask if there's any way we can expedite my AP processing? And how do we do it?

If anybody else was in a similar situation, pls do help! Thanks!!

This happened to us. When our EAD and AP showed up online our I-485 didn't show up for another 24-48 hours. They seem to process them separately when putting them online

Yeah, rambaldi! It feels good to be on the same thread again with fellow k-1 april filers. I was reading this thread before sending off my application and was worried that I might not be able to make it as a Feb filer...but I'm here now!

Well, the mystery is over....after 38 days, I came home to my returned package...it was rejected because my wife didn't sign the I-130....sent it back in today, will get there Monday....so I guess farewell February filers , hello March filers....

I filed my AOS application in Feb, but I didn't include filing for AP. Got my NOAs for both AOS and EAD, and my biometrics appt is next week (pls see my sig). The problem is, something happened and I need to leave the country and go home sometime in April, and I don't think I'll get my GC by then. Can I file for AP seperately now? Will I be able to get it before I leave? Aww now I'm kinda angry at myself for not filing for AP together with my AOS.

I got my bio appt letter too! It's on the 26th this month. 1 thing I noticed on the letter under Service Center it says MSC. Does that mean our package is at the MSC now?

I also recieved my 2 NOAs for I485 and I765. The thing is, when I tried to enter the receipt nos into the Case Status Online system, it said case no. not valid. I don't think I've entered the wrong nos. Does anybody know? Thanks!

From my estimation, you should get your NOA's as soon as friday.

You should goto your local post office and talk to someone. Take your original paid receipt, you should be getting your money back since they delayed your delivery(its only a small consolation and I would rather the documents reach on-time).

Ask for the phone number for the post office location at *CHICAGO, IL 60607 * since your package is at that location and then follow up with them..

If i were you, i would bug them again and again. And also ask for a refund as i am sure you paid expedite service for it. They made a promise to deliver within a certain time frame. Get your money back for your incompetence.

My package has been bounced back and forth and we've called them 3 times, and they just keep telling us that as they are just customer service, they do not know what's going on??? And they said they'll get somebody to call us back, but nope, nobody called us back.
