Hello! My interview was recently schedule and I read somewhere that I should bring a copy of everything when I applied for AOS. Should I take a copy of everything or only the documents asked plus the proof of bonafide relationship?

Hello! My fingerprint appointment was back in April but the USCIS field office was closed due to covid, now that they are reopening what should I do? Call to reschedule? Just wait? Idk what to do and don't want to get in trouble for missing the appointment.

Ah so that is the case only if I pay in person? If I send by USPS I can use the money order? Sorry if the question might seem stupid, just trying to make sure I send everything 100%.

Cool, thx for all the information! He did file taxes last year, but I know his income is just not enough, and he will file this year too. Six months of pay stubs just ain't gonna happen, letter from employer is possible. Bank statement is ok and so is proof of income since he does uber and such. Anyways, thx for the info.

Hello everybody! I'm in the process of applying for the AOS and I have a few questions if you guys can help me.

-First my husband works under the table so he doesn't have the documents for the affidavit so we will be using a co sponsor, do I need a affidavit form for him as well or just of the co sponsor?

-Once the K1 expires and the AOS is sent, what is my status in the US? What kinda of document I can use to show that I'm allowed to stay?

-The documents that prove the relationship is real are only necessary for the interview correct?

Hello Guys!!! We had our interview today and our visa got approved!!! My questions are, I heard about a immigrant fee, does the K1 people need to pay the fee before they travel?

Also they kept everything, and I heard you need your case to show at the port of entry, do they mail the case with the passport?

Hello there! My question is towards the Brazilians that are going or have been through the process. The status of my case changed to ready but the consulate have not sent the email yet, do you guys know how long it takes for the email to arrive? Can I schedule the interview even without the email, should I just wait and possibly delay the process? Thanks for the information.

Hello! So my process is moving along nicely and the interview lurks closer. So my question is we have a lot of chat proof of ongoing relationship besides trips he made to see me and pictures, but for the chat how often should I show them we spoke? Every week of each month? Every month?

I just don't know what to print when it comes to our conversations. Someone have an input?

Hello! I just got my NVC number yesterday and I'm wondering if it's ok to scheduele the interview already or should I wait until the process is at the Braziliam embassy? From what I heard it takes a while to scheduele at the Rio de Janeiro Embassy so I'm just trying to make the process a little faster. Anyone have a recent input on this?
