Hello
My husband and I was in the same situation, we filed for the I130 on February and I got my NOA1 the 22 of February.
I got pregnant at the end of March. You have nothing to do more than wait your NOA1 and 2 got approved. It will not help the process to go faster the only things is now when you filed will be send to NVC you will have to prove that you can provide for 3 peoples ( i think its about 28/29k )
For your child you gonna have to go to Nigeria to declare your new born at the American Embassy. You will have to provide birth certificate and they will probably ask you and your wife questions too. After that, if everything goes well, your son or daughter will be granted of the US citizenship and will have a passeport.
I m 7 month pregnant still in the process of waiting the NOA2. When our daughter will be born, my husband will have to come back in France to declare her.
My husband is an American citizen so what i m telling you works if you are an American citizen. I don't know if its the same thing for Permanent resident.

Hi !
i am from France too ( Corsica )oh ok ! I didn’t understood that in your previous post . You are right , do it here as we have social security/ mutual . It’s better especially if you feel more comfortable .
i don’t Think you have to advise them of your pregnancy for the I-129F but as is said I am not sure . I think it’s gonna be more after your I-130 is approved during NVC process where you have to declare the birth of your child how many people are in the household ( for the AOS) and you will probably have to provide a birth certificate .
you will have maybe to wait for your baby to have his/her own passport before moving .
I found some links for you with some interesting informations 🙂sorry i am not very helpful . I hope those links will help you
Thank you so much for the link and your message, i really do appreciated the help!

Hello,
first , congratulations for the baby coming!🎉
ok , for the I-129 F I don’t know if you have to mention your pregnancy . I don’t want to give you a wrong answer .
but , as you mention you would like to be in US before your due date . It’s seems ( to me ) to be a very short delay .
i mean , even if you fill the I-129 F the time to receive an answer ( usually a denial and from that the approval of your I-130 petition) can be 1 or 2 month right now from I-129F NOA1
then the I-130 have to be sent to NVC , then there is all the NVC stage who is taking 3/4 months if everything is going smoothly.
then you have to wait for your interview .
(I am right now waiting for a case number since 23 days .)it’s about 2 months from USCIS I-130 approval to NVC Case number .
I understand at 💯 that being separate from your husband is hard especially being pregnant . But honestly December seems to be complicate .then once you are at NVC you can still try to ask for an expedite
this process is very (too) long and we all want to find a way to go faster .
i wish you the best !
.
Hi!
First thank you for your answer, I really appreciated it!
I didn't make myself clear. Let me explain, I do planned on giving birth in France i have health care and i feel more confortable here anyway.
I planned on filling for the 129f on November and if I understand right, it take at least 1 or 2 months to get denied. By that time my baby will be born and I don't know if during the process of them looking at my 129 if its a problem that I didn't mention anywhere that I was expecting.
Of course the purpose of doing it is for them to denied the 129 and validate the 130 but I will be happy if they even accept the 129 at this point.

hello everyone,
I have a question regarding the 129F. I filed the 130 in February and i got pregnant end of march. My due date is mid December. My husband went back to USA to find a job. We don't want to wait another 5 months after giving birth to be reunited with my husband, It was already really hard to be away from each other for our first pregnancy.
My question is do I have the right to fill the 129F while being close to my due date without mentioning that I am pregnant? I see that you can include child on the petition once they born but not before. The purpose is, like everyone here, to accelerate the process of this 130 who take wayyyyyyyyyyyy too long.

Hey guys, hope everybody is doing well.
I just checked the processing time in Nebraska and it moved from.. 2 days only!!!
Its now on June 25 which means it take them 10 months to give the approval for NOA2.
I am devastated.
Can someone explain to me why the difference between 5 difference office can be so different?

It depends if you have a lawyer representing you. All of the mail go to your lawyer on your behalf.
That's why you received an electronic copy.
We actually received a email and the lawyer the letter.

Hey guys
So me and my husband met almost seven years ago in France were we lived and we got married July 2017.
He played basketball in France but since is career is over we applied for the I-130 (and the rest) on January with the help of the lawyer cause we were both in France at the time and not really familiar with the ALL process!
They received our case on the 22 of February and the notice date on the 27.
The case when to Nebraska
My husband went back to the US on march
Now its the waiting game...
