i meant his parents if naturalized can apply for a green card visa for him

and that is up to them and the embassy

suppose if i didnt write a letter to NVC for withdrwan. how much time will be for inactive of such case automatically and creates no problem and he can apply for his visit visa to meet his parents here in USA.

Also, visitor visa waiting time is currently 449 days at Islamabad so he won't be able to go to the US anytime soon. 

First things first. Send a letter to USCIS and NVC and withdraw the petition.

I WANT TO KNOW I HAVE APPLIED CRI FOR MY HUSBAND CASE WAS APPROVED ON AUG 15, 2021 AND TRANSFERRED TO NVC BUT DIVORCED DONE. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR NVC TO REJECT THE CASE AUTOMATICALLY IF APPLICANT GIVE NO RESPOND AT ALL. OR CAN MY EX-HUSBAND CAN APPLY FOR VISIT VISA FORM PAKISTAN WHILE HIS CASE PENDING AT NVC NOW. ( NOTE I'M APPLICANT & I DIDNT APPROCH NVC OR USCIS FOR WITHDRWAN OF CASE).

In Pakistan interviews are being held but I just want to know how much time usually is for approval of CR-1 visa because want to do a diploma im afraid if I will left this diploma course in mid if processing starts then definitely I have to go

Hi, everyone My father is a permanent resident living in USA he filled case for me on 11 April, 2018 (California center) at that time I was unmarried above 21 age but in 2020 I got married to USA Citizen here in Pakistan and my wife file case on 30 September 2020 send papers to Texas lockbox  Now California center send letter and “request for initial evidence” my marriage certificate but they make my case number remains the as of my father case that he filled. They do not issue me a new case number instead they merged my old case number to new one and request for initial evidence what’s going on please
