received our green card today. thank God.

I received email from USCIS on March 26 re: latest status on my ROC.

Application Type: CRI89 , PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On March 26, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Thank God. I am not sure if this includes the green card for my 2 minor daughters. They didn't receive their biometrics appointment yet. I am hoping they receive theirs soon.

From this they will not send you this information ( USCIS ) when the child is reaching 14, I am pretty sure you have to file the I-90 for this.

My 13 year old ( truns 14 in August ) recieved the bio notice and they took the bio, however not sure if he needs to do this again at 14, I will be calling the mis information line to see around the first of August.

I received a NOA for them but there is no receipt no. The NOA just indicates that they are included as my dependent in the I-751 and their greencard has been extended for 1 year.

They are ages 12 and 13. My eldest daughter is turning 14 this September, their greencard is expiring in April 2010. I paid for their biometrics fee when i filed for my I-751 so I hope I dont have to pay for their biometrics fee again.

I filed I-751 in December and listed my 2 minor daughters (k-2) as dependents since they entered the US same time with me. I received an appointment notice for my biometrics for myself only. I had my biometrics this morning and brought along with me my 2 daughters hoping they will be accommodated. The receptionist at the application support center didn't accommodate them because they dont have the appointment notice.

I called the USCIS to check if they will be getting an appointment notice, but they told me that since they are minors they are not required to undergo biometrics and they might be requested for biometrics once they reach the age of 14. I am confused because I believe I read in other post that other appointment support centers accommodate dependents even without apointment notice. Did anyone have the same problem like me? Will they issue my daughters greencard using their photos from their previous greencard? Please help.....

That's odd, but I think you will be ok. That weekend is Thanksgiving, so I don't expect anyone to work and then most probably they received your application, and processed it and some banks take longer to clear checks so I would expect to at least see some activity in your bank account by the end of this week.

You also might have some turkey gravy spilled all over your NOA, but it will still be valid.

USCIS sent back my package and I received it on Dec 18. As per the NOA, the reason for returning: the amount on the check is incorrect or it was not signed. I checked the cheque and the applications but I signed everything. I have a USC baby (6months old), which I listed in the Part 5 of I-751, I put USC on the US address and N/A on the A#. I did that as this is what others who have US born babies have done and they didnt have any problem with the processing. I even attached a copy of my baby's birth certificate. Looks like the USCIS rep who handles my ROC application didnt read it through the application and my cover letter as I explained it in the letter.

I sent in $705 dollars ($465 + $80 biometrics for me and $160 for biometrics for my 2 K-2 daughters). I revised the I-751 and deleted my baby's name on it and resubmitting the entire package again tomorrow. Hmmm, hopefully, they will not mess up again.

I sent our ROC package on Nov 24 but until now they havent cashed the cheque, and no NOA1 too. I am hoping to receive it this week.

yeah that is true! Honestly I am surprised about such fast approval though i prayed for it.

Did you get an email from CRIS that notice of approval sent or just the card production ordered (twice)? I'm asking coz I also got 2 emails that card production ordered, so i wonder whether they will send me another email before they actually mail the EAD.

I received the AP in the mail today, 7 days after the approval date. Got an email yesterday that EAD card has been ordered again.

Looks like USCIS is processing applications they received in the 2nd week and 3rd week of November.

There is a job waiting for me already and I am very relieved now because I know I will get my EAD soon. PRAISE GOD!

Our AOS application (mine and my kids) were transferred to CSC on Dec. 18. I received email from CRIS stating that my kids AOS application were received in CSC and is pending for processing. But until now, I haven't received email regarding the receipt of my AOS in CSC for processing considering that our papers were sent on the same time. I am afraid that my papers got lost somewhere. Does anyone got into this situation before?

I just received email from CRIS dated Dec. 18, 2007 that our AOS was transferred to CSC. I am quite relieved because I believe that cases transferred to CSC will be approved without an interview (based from previous posts I read). Things are moving pretty fast, I just pray that I won't be getting an RFE.
