I will have to check the mail then I usually don’t check the mail too often. I have been going by the website or the case tracker app.
You can subscribe to USPS Informed delivery service and view your upcoming mail on their website or your email. They'll email you an image of your mail daily.

Have you seen the timelines? Potomac is already working on Feb & March 2019 cases, you should call them and ask for an update 🙂
yeah, that's what's confusing me. I called and they said my case is still within the time frame range and should call back in like 3 months if i don't get it by then 🤦♂️

Anyone here at Potomac and still waiting to hear from them?

Not required for the 1040. The tax return needs only spouse name and the SSN/ITIN or the letters "NRA" in the spouse SSN field.
That's what I thought. Thanks for confirming.

I attached a copy of our visa application and receipt of notice from the USCIS with a cover letter explaining the situation on my state tax return.
Thanks @ereev131. Do you know by any chance where I can find more details on state requirements?

My CPA is requesting copy of my spouse foreign passport to include in my filing papers even though I am filing as Married filing separately. Is this required?

Hello Friends,
I am approaching the 6 months point and still haven’t heard back even though a lot of October, November, and even December filers are getting their NOA2. Should I call CS and speak to a live agent or just keep waiting? PD is 10/09 (Potomac Service center)
October 2018 I-130 filers
