    If I were you, I wouldn’t worry about this at all. Actually, I would be hoping and praying that they don’t pull some smartypant nonsense and approve your AOS before the 2 year wedding anniversary. But it is USCIS, it’s almost as if they never want people escaping that dreaded ROC stage if they can. I have a strong feeling they will adjudicate your case before the 2 years on October 14. They are that petty. Please don’t stress, just relax 😂. If it’s what you want, then I pray you hear from them soonest. Hehehe

    Don't wait on any mail that will never come. You were right to fill out the DS160 since your case says 'Ready'. Pay the K1 visa fee and schedule your appointment. Also, get your police clearance certificate, medical (I advise you pick an interview date about 2 weeks from when you intend to go for your medicals). Gather all supporting documents and help your partner prepare. Good luck!

    Suggestion: The USC should visit around interview period, stay at the hotel and give your husband your passport to take to the interview. IO: how many times has your wife visited you? Answer: twice (or whatever amount of times). In fact, she is here right now at the hotel waiting patiently. Here is her passport. Then pay attention to IO’s reaction 🫢

    My wife is 37 years older than me. She’d previously been married twice, I was married once previously. Not once was age difference mentioned in either of my K1 or CR1 interviews. This is just for whatever it is worth. All you gotta do is prove that your relationship is genuine.

    Hi VJ family, I need help deciding what to do regarding DS260 question about willful misrepresentation and fraud. I was denied a K1 visa in 2019 due to counterfeit divorce certificate. It was not willful at all as I did not even know said document was fake until the Consulate found it to be and informed us through my then fiancee's congresswoman's office. So my question is, do I select no and give my explanations if/when it comes up during my interview or select yes (would this not mean that I am admitting I did it willfully)?? Thank you. PS: CEAC website keeps taking me back to sign in page when I clicked next from the first page of DS260. is it my connection or is anyone else experiencing this?
