    According to what you posted, I don't think you are supposed to schedule the appointment, you are supposed to confirm it but only after clicking on the "Pending Appointment Request" and inputting the necessary details. Refresh your dashboard as suggested and see if the appointment request pops up. If you still need help, be better to contact the Consulate/embassy.

    I just looked at the interview letter again, it does not mention my ROC. I will write a letter asking for combo interview and upload it to Unsolicited Evidence tab, that should do it, right?

    Thank you! I am shaking so bad, I don't know why. Um... since it's only a month between now and my interview, all I have take with me are a month's worth of new marital evidences, right?

    All documents uploaded. My wife found a picture of us from a couple weeks after my arrival, at the dealership taking a photo with our salesperson with our car behind us, I uploaded it. Anyways, done and now we wait.

    Good day guys. I am completing my N400 forms right now. I've uploaded up to date bank statements, bills etc as unsolicited evidence to my I751, do I need to upload those again for N400? For N400 so far, I have uploaded marriage and divorce certificates. 3 years Tax transcripts. What else should I put in there?

    That's what I thought. Looks like the N400 calculator doesn't factor the 3yr marital union. I guess I file in July then, just to be on the safe side. Thank you OldUser. I intend to file at least 3 days after my window opens in July.

    Good day my fellow VJers, hope we are all well and good today. So my Resident since date is 07/22, N400 calculator says my 90-day window opens today. However, I seem to remember seeing a post here last year about someone getting denied because they applied early. So my question, is the 90-day window only applicable to K1 and other I485s? I am a CR1.

    Yesterday, I got a message saying an action was taken on my case. I went in my account and saw the updates. Now I logged in after seeing your post and my account is blank. That is so weird. Hmm

    USCIS and money are like 5&6 lol. That being said, I’d like to think they would not issue a receipt notice and mail out an extension letter if they hadn’t initiated the payment, don’t you think? I sent my package to the Phoenix PO Box.

    I just got a text and email from them. My case has been added to my online account with case number. However, no extension letter or any of my evidences in the documents section yet. Now we wait. Package mailed via USPS: 04/15 Package delivered: 04/19 NOA1: 04/25 This was surprisingly fast. But I will take it.

    Oh trust me, I am not in a hurry at all. They should take their time, what I look forward to is next April for N400. For what I can't wait.

    Hey SuperG, I mailed out my package yesterday 04/15 via USPS, tracking says delivery date is tomorrow 04/17 so now we wait. Hopefully you hear about your case soon. Fingers crossed
