Answering your question about how long it took NVC to give me a case number after receiving my case: It took about 3.5 weeks to get a case number via email. It took 3 days for NVC to receive my case from Nebraska, and then 3.5 weeks for them to create my account for me to login on CEAC. Word of advice, order you tax return transcripts now before you get your case number from NVC. I thought I would just do W-2 then realized my joint sponsor was self employed and its much easier to do transcripts. It has everything they want and it almost always prevents RFE in that department. I had to wait a week and a half for them to come in the mail......you can download them off the IRS website but you need at least a credit card number to prove its you and I don't have one so I had to go old school thru mail. That put me behind 1 week but I eventually got em and sent everything. Now we're just waiting and contacting the Dr's in Sampa and Rio to see where we'll go. 

I didn’t want to believe the whole ‘send a I-129F to push your I-130 to get approved’......but guys it worked. I sent my I-130 in April 2019 and sent my I-129F last month. 25 days later it got denied and got the letter saying my I-130 was approved after only 6 months. 🎉 🎊
