  1. Hello! I am a LPR petitioning my husband who is outside of the  U.S , my question is If my 3 last year income are beyond the required amount, but currently am not working frankly i resigned at my job last year in november to go abroad to visit my husband. I stayed 5 months comeback pregnant and due to covid-19 i was not able to go to work for my health safety. I am at NVC stage where i need to fill out AOS so, can i fill it out without current paystubs just only my 3 year verification income which for sure they have a good amount to qualify me and my husband or i have to wait, get a baby and go to work after then present my paystubs?

Please any idea or comment will be appreciated. Thank you all.

I think your best bet is finding a co-sponsor than can prove that has a high income. Otherwise it will be hard for the USCIS officer to believe that you can support your husband in the states.

Your current income would be $0, which is obviously below the minimum requirement (125% of the FPL) for consideration. As such, you need either sufficient assets in lieu of income ($5 assets = $1 income), a suitable joint sponsor, or to obtain employment meeting the minimum income requirement.
