Never mind guys :) I got it :)

But for anyone else stuck with a similar issue-

    1. Log into the ceac website with your Case No and Invoice ID

    2. In the summary, there will be a list of applicants and their application status. Under IV Application, click on 'Completed'.

    3. On the top right, you will find a 'Sign in' option, click that.

    4. Once you click that, it will read something on the lines of ' You have successfully filled form DS 260.........'. There will be options given- 'Print Confirmation', 'View Application', 'Email Confirmation', etc.

    5. Go to the 'Print Confirmation' and print the DS 260 confirmation letter or email it to yourself by clicking on 'Email Confirmation'. DO NOT JUST PRINT THE PAGE BY GOING CTRL+P because it has a certain bar code attached to it and needs to be printed in a certain way.

    Hope this helps :)

I'm having the same problem, but everyone I click on "sign" (that's the new label) the system log me out returning to the login page. I need to print my DS 260 as my case number was changed after I submit it at the first time. This happened because between the application and the NVC approval I had to moved from Switzerland to Brazil. I don't find a way to print the confirmation page with the new number. My backup plan is to have the original confirmation page and the email with the change. Anyone has another idea?

I agree with that also... Thank you. As of right now, everything is still open in Singapore. Her medical exam and vaccinations are tomorrow morning March 23 and she spoke to the Embassy there Friday and they said no word of closing there, yet...haha We will see. That's all we can do it wait and see... Good luck to you and your spouse/fiance!

Thank you and good luck for you too! Singapore is dealing well with the pandemic. Unfortunately this is not true for the rest of the world including Brazil (where I am now).

I definitely agree with you 100%. The NVC process has been a HUGE pain in the butt for us. My wife's documents went through with no problems, but my documents as the U.S. Citizen have been crazy! They denied my I864 twice. 1st time the call center couldn't even tell me why. They told me it looked good to resubmit it. I did and they denied again. This time they eventually told me it was because of it being an old document, even though I got it through the instructions link from the USCIS. So I sent the new version (EXACTLY the same other than 1 additional piece of a page that didn't apply to us anyway). And then they approved it but asked for the same tax info they already had and approved months before. At that point we filed for an expedite with help from my congressman because we have been messing with NVC since June of 2019. We were approved last week and things are moving super fast now!

I think they have a directive to delay processes as much as they can. Congratulations for the approval. Unfortunately, if you are still waiting for the embassy/consulate appointment, it will be delayed because of the pandemic. I have an interview schedule for April 3rd, but now I have no clue when they will resume their work! Good luck to us all!

Once consulates open they will post the processing/ appointment procedures. Its a catastropic condition, at the moment saving of lives by minimizing community spread is the priority. Good luck to all.

Totally agree! I think we have the humanitarian reason for this pandemic to end, but also, as a secondary and very selfish reason, to reopen the interviews!

I just hope some good consequences will remain from this pandemic:

    - more empathy and kindness

    - science is important and can save us

    - nature is screaming that if we don't respect her, she can kill us all!!! (Just like our body tries to kill diseases when we get infected) - this is just for us all to think about it. 😉

Hey could I ask what documents you would need to sent to NVC? I'm also waiting for my welcome letter to arrive and my fiancé called NVC a few weeks back and asked what we should do next after receiving our new case number and they said to do nothing except wait

I think it's case by case. My Visa is the IR1/CR1 and it's different from the K1. If your process is similar to mine, they will send you the letter with instructions to access NVC portal. They you list each document you need to upload, follow their instructions to scan your civil documents and your sponsor's financial affidavit. For some reason, after 2 months wait they requested my spouse's divorce decree (this is a civil document not financial!!!), But this delayed or process for 2 more months and now we got suspended because of the pandemic.

Just a hint: make sure each document you update are not blurry and under the size limit. You can reduce the scan qualify (as long as it does not get blurry).

Most importantly: read all their directions and review each page in the scanned file.

Received NOA2 March 17th, now awaiting NVC Welcome Letter. Will do nothing with the NVC until things return to normal and have up to one year to do something, so as to not indicate an inactive visa situation. Will get all the documents together, apart from police certificate/AOS for now.

See no other option but to press the pause button of life...

I'm not an expert, but I would send the documents NVC requested. Under normal situation they take over 2 months just to review your documents, then another couple of weeks to schedule the interview. As they suspended all interviews, they will hold your process at NVC until they resume their normal work. Remember that NVC can review your documents and request more information or document resubmission. Everytime they do that, it's another 2 months for the new revision!

We had our interviews booked for next Tuesday at the London embassy, they have issued 3 emails in all to cancel our appointments I-130 petitions for me and our children, my husband went to the US ahead of us it's a difficult time for all the not knowing is the worse, the embassy said they would contact us once we can rebook.

That's so unfortunate! I'm in the same boat. My spouse lives in the US and I'm not allowed to visit him there while waiting for the final Visa. It was difficult for us as it has been 12 months already. Now we have no clue when we will be able to rejoin our family. If anything happens with my family there or here, we cannot even comfort each other!! I hope this mess will and soon for all of us!

  8. I have a new question regarding the physical address. On I130A, Part 1 we have to list the 5-years address history. While I was living in Brazil, I had many trips to Italy and the USA in these last 5 years staying some months on each, but only 6 months I was registered in Italy.  Just as an example, let's say:

    1. March/04/1994 - June/03/2016: Brazil
    2. June/04/2016 – December/06/2016 – Italy
    3. December/06/2016 – present: Brazil

From March/2017 to September/2018 I was traveling back and forth, several times, to the US for pleasure and business staying there for 5 to 6 months each (never overstayed) but my residency was Brazil. Finally, in March I’m moving to Switzerland (still with no fixed address).

     The questions are:

Should I list just the temporary Swiss address (the one I’m applying from), then the 3 Brazilian/Italian listed above (in the descendant order); or should I list every place I was staying (even for vacation/business), including last February (entire month) I spent with my spouse un the US?

Do I need to send the Police Clearance for all these places with my application or I will need these documents only for the interview in the consulate?

  9. We are filling out I130/I130A forms. The beneficiary is Italian, recently moved to Switzerland (current place of work), and still don't have a definitive address (using Airbnb for now). Can we use the beneficiary's work address for the process and change to the home address when finally move

I think the main question is: can we use the work address as physical address to file the forms or should we wait until have the home address?
