    I need original tax transcripts? We uploaded them online I’m not sure what they mean by originals for that because you can just print them off the IRS website. Also, the translations were emailed to me by the translation company. So would they need to mail a hard copy for them to be considered originals?

    The NVC approved our financial support documents and I got an email stating I’m waiting for the US Consulate to give an interview date. I’m trying to fill out my timeline and I’m unsure of what area I’m putting the date of this email? “Left NVC”? Apx. How long does it take to receive a interview date from the US Consulate in Morocco?

    Yes he is a US citizen but I do not know how to add a document onto our i130 ... or if we are even allowed to...? Can he show them the baby's birth certificate at the interview?

    I was wondering if I should submit our new baby's birth certificate even if I already submitted the I-130 a year ago? I also got a RFE because I didn't submit the I-130a, can I just submit the birth certificate along with that? Will adding the birth certificate(after having already submitting the I-130 over a year ago) delay the overall process?

    Would you say it has to be mailed or is it okay to scan and submit online? I see my online account is prompting me to upload the evidence - this is so scary because it says I only get 1 chance!😭😭😭😭

    U must print it and physically sign it this information is incorrect. I just received a notice asking for a handwritten signature for the form

    Not true I submitted mine online and I got a notice saying I didn’t sign mine… don’t know how that’s possible since I would’ve had to signed when I submitted online …?😭

    He also just deposited $14k in my bank account will that help or hinder us? @Mike E since that’s funny to you I’m not sure why… we actually do combine our money even living so far apart. This is a very real 8 year relationship so I’m not sure why that would be surprising that we have the same credit card account and he gives me money

    Oh his mother and I are very close. I often hung out with her when he and I needed time apart. We have pictures together. She’s the sweetest thing. I text her but only with gifs and pictures because we don’t share a common language. She also cannot write in her native language due to no education. I’m also very close with his father and sister. We all text on a daily basis.

    right now I have pictures with him and my children, his mom, dad, sister, brother, aunts, uncles, ramadan celebrations, birthday parties etc., 8 years of chats, 2 vacations in Colombia and 2 visits to Morocco and ill be going back for a 3rd but it will likely be after I apply. 1 visit to Morocco we lived in his sisters apartment alone for 2 months or so... should I apply now or should I get more first?

    such as pictures? I am very overwhelmed and anxious/nervous to apply so I need very detailed straightforward answers. I feel like I have no idea what I'm doing should I just apply and add things later? is that an option? or will they deny me and make me reapply? what exactly am I submitting? why do I feel so lost when I have a masters degree in law? ugh I am so frustrated I haven't already applied and we have been together so many years 😢😭

    180 days is a LING TIME to remember. He has other major issues going on and it was an ACCIDENT why are we focusing on something that ALREADY HAPPENED THAT WE CANNOT FIX?!!!??? What’s wrong with you people?? I’m looking for a solution if your here to antagonize find something positive to do with your life. Just because YOU ARE UNHAPPY doesn’t mean you need to try to make others unhappy also! Spread love not hate - I’ll pray for you hating people when I’m praying our visa gets accepted also. Smh this is crazy

    Hi I have been with my Moroccan husband for 8 years on and off. The on and off has been due to the distance and our lack of income. Now we are finally married and determined to make things work. In one of our off seasons he went to South Korea on an asylum type situation (for a lack of better words). And since the dates is Korea are similar to the US (mm/de/yyyy) he thought his visa expired at a later time because in Morocco their dates are (dd/mm/yyyy) so he was jailed for 3 months for this. Will this cause them to deny our CR-1?
