My In-Laws hold a B-2 visit visa and were going to travel to USA in June. They just received notice today of their Immigrant Visa being scheduled in July in Pakistan. I believe I have the following 3 options? Have them return to Pakistan for the Interview, Reschedule Interview, or File for Adjustment of Status

Rescheduling the interview seems like the most practical, but when I go the website for Pakistan, it says you can only reschedule if you have missed your appointment?

I recently became a citizen and submitted two Form I-130s for my brothers (and a Form G-1450 for each).

I had been monitoring my credit card activity and I had seen one pending charge for $535 appear, but then it disappeared.

I then received the two Form I-130s back in the mail with the reason being that the credit card information on the Form G-1450s didn't match or that the transaction was denied.

I contacted my credit card company and they informed me that they did not deny any transactions.

Has anybody gone through something similar?
