That email will be replied after a week and you won’t even get a better response. Call them instead

Their emails take a week to reply 🤦🏾♀️ So call them on Monday. Calling them isn’t easy keep trying till it goes through.

Noticed that Affidavit oF Support and Financial Evidence is N/A for my petioner. Did anyone go through this? How was it solved for you? How long did it take?

[I'm speculating here->] If you have multiple petitions it could be the reason they might not want AOS documents for this petition if you've already submitted for one of the petitions already.
You might want to call NVC on this one.

Guys so I submitted my civil documents but its telling me petiotioner’s affidavit of support document and financial evidence N/A why is that?

it asks for my mothers surname at birth which I wrote, so should I put in her surname she got from marriage at given names? Or I have to leave that out?

Guys so,when I was making payment for fees, I forgot to enter one name of account holder, will that affect me? I got routing and account number correct though. It’s making me freak out because I can’t go back and add the other name I forgot 😩

Our issue started in February. It took 2 weeks for some to be resolved others had to wait for 6 weeks. You can call them but calling them wouldn’t really help because they will tell you the same thing over and over. Just wait for a week or 2 it will be resolved
