DS-260 is at least one way to have sought a visa. Filing the affidavit of support is another.
Yes. Both the DS260 and affidavit of support was filled out and submitted. Her case is DQ'ed and she is waiting for a visa interview.

Cspa DOB is
3/9/2003 + ( 9/27/2022 - 1/18/2021 )
= 3/9/2003 + 617
= 11/15/2004
On 9/27/2002, the F2A was current on both charts. Did the beneficiary seek a visa?
Hi sorry I'm confused. Does that mean if they filed a ds260?
-
Hi! If anyone can please help with the CSPA calculations.
DOB: 9th March 2003
Priority date: 18th January 2021

Hello,
I was just wondering how long it takes after NVC accepts all documents for you to get an interview date? Thank you

Hi! Just wondering if you got an interview date yet?
thank you

Hello,
my husband petitioned for me in January of 2021. In the petition we used my maiden name and got the i130 approval last month. However my passport and ID have my husbands last name and we have to submit this to NVC. Is this going to be an issue?

Hello!
We are waiting for a decision on my husbands AOS. We had our interview already but they gave an rfe for medical. We sent that in but haven't gotten any update at all. He does have his EAD/AP document and I wanted to know if hypothetically speaking we travel abroad and his AOS is denied what would happen? I know once the petition is denied the EAD is void. Would he be able to enter the country again?

When was the recent Form I-765 and Form I-131 filed? Allowing an expedite request is at their sole discretion.
We filed a month before the expiration.
-
My husbands ead/ap card just expired in may and his renewal papers are currently pending. I called uscis contact center to try and get an expedite with a job offer and they said it's not possible because ead is automatically extended 180 days and we would have to wait until those 180 days passed to request an expedite. Were we given the wrong information?

Hey, I am also held up because of a problem with the medical I completed in Europe. We had the interview last week and are waiting for a notice from them if a new medical is required etc. The IO also said everything else is good for approval and she didn’t give us requests for evidence at the appointment but said we should expect it in the mail. My case status still shows as “interview was scheduled 50 days ago”. Please keep us posted if you hear back from them! Good luck. Hope everything works smoothly and quickly 🤞🏼
Thank you!! He issued the rfe right away and gave us a notice. Hope the same for you!

same thing happened to me. MY K1 visa package got lost at POE. it took exactly 6 months from interview date for my green card to be approved. I had my interview 06/13 and got approval notice 12/01. I hope you have a better experience.
Oh wow! I'm sorry to hear that. Did they make you send everything all over again?
-
We had our AOS interview today. The IO was very friendly and it was overall a good experience however he couldn't give the approval because they lost my husband's overseas medical exam at the POE. We did not know this until the IO started to search in our file for the medical. He did issue request for evidence for the medical and i693 form. How long after sending in evidence after an interview should we get an update? He did say he was going to recommend for approval but they just needed the medical to go through with it.

That’s so exciting! I’m still waiting for an interview date to be scheduled. Do you mind me asking when your priority date was? Or when you had all your docs approved on the CEAC website? I’m trying to gage when we might hear from them. Our priority date was June 24th, 2019 and we got all our docs accepted on May 29th, 2020.
Best of luck to you! So happy to hear that someone is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
We are actually doing adjustment of status here in the states. Our priority date is January 31st, 2021.
thank you best of luck to you !!

This was because it was unavailable?
The cost for that vaccine was more and my husband didn't bring enough money with him. He only brought enough for the medical. I don't know which vaccine it was exactly because they never gave us a copy of the ds 3025

Are you sure? Is the ds3025 marked complete in bottom left corner?
I don't have a copy of the ds3025 they never provided me with me that. I guess that was what was included in the medical envelope that we gave at the port of entry. When my husband went to the medical they told him one of the vaccines that is required he can get here in the states

My husband completed medical prior to receiving K-1 (November 2019), our AOS application May 2020, and AOS interview was two weeks ago. We were good. USCIS didnt ask for any medical or immunizations records. .. Not sure if you are missing a vaccine though.
Thank you! Yeah we are missing one vaccine

My understanding is that if your medical was done within a year before the date you applied for adjustment of status, you will not need a new exam.
Thank you! What if one vaccine was missing? Can I just get that done and show it to uscis at the interview?
-
Do I need to do another medical before my aos interview? I didn't submit with my application but I know at the port of entry they took the overseas medical. Is this valid still or does another medical need to be done here in the states as well?

Case status changes to interview date was scheduled! We are excited and nervous for this process to come to an end. Does anyone have a checklist to prepare for the interview? We wanted to be as prepared as possible.
