    I filed for my i751 in December 2022 with a divorce waiver. In December 2023 i forwarded a copy of rhe judgement letter. Two days ago i received a letter from USCIS returned the divorce decree with a letter stating that the submission I seek to make may be made through other means. Has anyone encountered same?

    Good day VJers I filed i-751 divorce waiver in December 2022 without a judgement. The divorce has been finalized and i have a certified copy of the judgement. Do i need to wait for an RFE before submitting a copy of the judgmenent to USCIS
