latest i know someone received interview whose DQ was June 17. Every month ( around 15-20 ) US embassy islamabad issue interview letters for CR1/IR1 ONLY. last month embassy had issued IL upto 18th May. there is a group on facebook called NVC Process Help, you can join that group and from there you will know who is getting IL.

i have a question regarding ds-2029 question 28 and 29. i am a us citizen and live in US and i have a newborn baby boy in Pakistan. My wife is not a US citizen yet and she is waiting for  her I-130 interview. we want to apply CRBA for our newborn. my question is regarding DS-2029 question 28 and 29. do i have to fill up and motorized it from a notary here in us and  mail it to Pakistan along with ds3053 to my wife as i am going to be present in Pakistan due to covid 19 and my business here in us. or my wife can fill it at the time of interview in front of consular.

didn't received any email. checked this morning visa tracker app and it shows it was sent to Department of State. Then i check online and it shows a new date update 5th June and when i see in documents it shows the approval notice. no service center changed.

i had applied k1 visa for my fiance before and it was denied. now we both got married and i am applying her CR-1 visa. i have a question filling form 130 part 4 question 10. Has anyone else ever filed a petition for beneficiary ?  is that include me or USCIS is asking any body else other than me.what should i select here yes no or unkown coz there is same question in part 5 question 1 have you ever previously filed a petition for tis beneficiary or any other alien. in my case i did applied k1 visa so i am selecting yes here and in same question the are asking me to provide the city and date applied. what city should i write here where i live or where i mailed the k1 visa application and what date should i write, date it was sent or date it was received by USCIS ?  PLEASE HELP ME. I am a U.S. Citizen and I am filling I-130 petition for my spouse. i applied a K1 visa for her before our marriage and it was denied. so what should i answer to this question in I-130 form HAS ANYONE ELSE EVER FILED A PETITION FOR BENEFICIARY. should i say yes as i did applied her k1 visa for her before or no or unknown. help me  please. yes i did and ask for clarification but i did not hear anything from my congressman office yet. i called congressman office and they told me that they have emailed embassy, as soo as they receive a response they will let me know

only confusion i have is that i applied for a K1 visa not I-130 and embassy response saying its a I-130 which is a spouse visa. embassy still has my fiance passport.

yes and its not a good news. my Fiance k1 visa got refused and i am still in shock. it was updated on 20th March and status shows refused and thats what it says Please see the letter you received at your interview for more information. 

i dont know what to do . embassy still has my fiance passport. she hasn't received email or letter from embassy yet that her visa has been refused. at this moment i am really upset. now i have to talk to my attorney and see what other options i have or what to do next.  if you or some one else has any advise please do let me know

My fiance's interview was on January 14th and she was told that it would take 1-2 weeks and she was approved with nothing requested. CEAC status went from application received right away to administrative processing on January 30th to issued on February 28th (Alhumdulillah). This means that they're really backed up and someone who had an interview after was approved before me. If they're not asking for anything which is a good thing, then I would just sit tight and make dua that in sha Allah everything happens in accordance to Allah's plan and Allah knows best. 

Congrats, did co informed her i mean your Fiancé  right after interview that her visa is approved or co kept her passport and gave her 221g ?  My Fiancé status is still showing same Ready. i am hoping to hear some good news soon inshaAllah as its already more than one and half month.

did you try to contact embassy and what co check marked on 221g ?

For me, my senator's had a constituent services page where I could fill out a request for them to contact on my behalf. 

You could also call the senator's office to ask for assistance and allow them to direct you as to their proper procedures.

She called the embassy and they told her to email for any update and she did email couple of time and there is no repose from embassy.
