Really sorry to hear about your case but I want to mention three points here:
1. The visa process is not like going to a grocery store, spend some money and bring the things of your choice. US visa process is one of the world's most difficult visa to get and it's scrutiny is the toughest. They do not utter a word without having proof of some kind.
2. I am sorry to tell you that US is not issuing K1 visa's to any Pakistani citizen. (The question as to how I know about this K1 visa is because my lawyer who is in the US told me so)
3. The only solution for you is to call you fiance to Pakistan, get married, collect solid proof, and then apply for the spouse visa.
