      Hey!

      Yeah so our case has reached it's final step and is currently at the Latvian Embassy. My fiance will be setting up his interview this up coming month and we will hopefully have our Visa by the end of May! :)

    Good day,

    I am going through the same experience with nvc returning our case back to uscis.  Do you have any updates on your case?

    Hi. I am so upset right now.  I just called NVC to confirm if my case was in transit to our embassy and he gave me such bad news.  He said that USCIS requested our petition back.  I am distraught.  I never heard such a thing happening.  Have you heard of anyone who has gone through this?

    Hi.  I was wondering if you could give me some guidance.   We just received our case # last week by calling and I wanted to know the next steps on how to set up the interview.  My fiance is also from Brazil.  Can we set up the interview without the consulate having received the actual packet from NVC? Do they receive this info electronically?  I'd appreciate your help and the actual steps to take.
