Ok. I will have my wife withdraw her i485 then as we didn't get married within 90 days. I guess now I have an i130 to file . Oh wait, we can't cuz we are not eligible and never will be. Its gonna suck when I hand her a plane ticket telling her to go back when I get home from work.
