It will be rejected at the lockbox and returned to you, along with your payment.  You will need to resubmit the entire petition with everything done correctly.  Pay special attention to the non-negotiable requirements:  both parties must be legally able and willing to conclude a marriage within 90 days of the alien fiancee's entry into the US with the visa.  This means you BOTH need to write, sign and date letters of intent to marry each other, and you must also submit any final divorce decrees for either of you.  You also need to submit evidence of having met in person at least once in the past two years immediately prior to filing.  The best evidence is passport stamps, boarding passes, etc.  Lastly, you must submit evidence of the petitioner's United States citizenship.

All of these requirements, and how to satisfy them, are described in detail in the optional check list/instructions for the I-129F petition on the USCIS site.  Since you will need to print out a new petition anyway, I suggest printing the instructions at the same time and following them step by step before mailing anything.  Double and triple check EVERYTHING before mailing.

Thank you so much. Please do they accept scanned copy of the letter of intent from the beneficiary?
