  1. I think you were right!! If i'm not wrong they will begin giving out interviews starting June!! Hoping for the best!
  2. I have the same issue. Except for my fiancé can’t take the exam til July 2020... All it says on the form is that he can return to get the medical exam and that there is no waiver for this. And for more info to go to USCIS.gov. I am very lost on what to do. How does this process work? He goes back in a year to get tested and then does he get a visa? Do we have to reapply? Should we just get married and file for a CR-1?
  3. Hello all, I was wondering if anyone that has had an interview in Cuidad Juarez took their tax returns instead of the transcripts and was approved. I am unable to print my tax transcripts since my tax returns are still being processed due to missing form I-8962. I have prepared a co-sponsor packet as well but was wondering if I need a letter indicating the relationship of my co-sponsor and fiancee. Thanks!
  4. Hey all, I have a question regarding the I-134. This is my first year doing taxes and I am above the 125% poverty line. However is it required to take the last three years of tax transcripts ? If so, does this mean I need a cosponsor?
