No the bottoms is my case number and my alien number. This is the first page it came with. I don’t understand what I need to do.

I’m very confused with this letter I received. I am currently in the process of removing my condition, never did I use a lawyer. I send my application about a 2 years ago on November and until now they have replied. Please help me as much as possible so I can understand what to do next. Also, I don’t need to add a lawyer for this application. 
 

Also, are they asking me to send my expired green card in this form? 

Hello Everyone,

I have a question, which worries me. Has anyone had their interview cancel or postponed due to coronavirus?

Cause I originally got my date set for April 2020 and now they cancelled and postpone  2 weeks before my interview. Got another notice saying they have my date ready for interview, since they had to postpone April interview. And yet I haven't received no notice when and I try calling and it was no help. Couldn't get in contact with any customer service. So I am stuck at this moment not sure what to do. It's already been 8 months with no notice. 

hey guys, i am currently applying for my AOS form for k1 visa. so i would like to know what document i should summit with the affidavit of support. just wanna double check to see if i have everything ready in order to send it.

Thanks for your help, i will apply for AOS as soon as possible when i get my marriage certificate.

You only applied for EAD?? You did not sent in your AOS?

well, we just got married so i have to wait for my marriage certificate (10 business days). so thats why i have sent in the AOS, but i sent the EAD application so i can receive the permit.

i have a question, so I have applied for my employment permit and so far i got a text saying they received and later on i received the receipt. How long does it take to actually to get permit on the mail?

Its been a month so far on waiting for this permit. bit impatient.

I have a quick question I'm puzzles, we receive our interview date and the stuff we need to prepare for it. There is one file I don't understand what it meant by file enclosed for the DS-230 part one biographic data(form enclosed)

What does that means?

I would try to have her call the us embassy in her country

Lol.... ok.... just relaying what they told me. I'm talking about what the nvc told me not the tier 1 or tier 2 agents from the uscis. Im not saying you're wrong in just relaying information.....

The nvc told me they have received my paperwork and to try back in a week for the tracking number.

I was waiting for my NOA2 to be received and processed by the NVC. They currently have my paperwork but I'm waiting for them to forward it to the US embassy in Belmopan where my fiance is. Once they forward this information they will give me a tracking number corresponding to my NOA2 from the NVC to the US embassy.

Once again that isn't what the lady told me her exact words were. "The person who chirps the loudest get the most attention." 4 days later they have my paperwork. Maybe it was luck but I'm happy with my outcome

Email the uscis your paperwork and call!!! My paperwork is being processed as of 830am central time this morning. Waiting on a tracking number but atleast I know they have received it.

It took my paperwork a little over 6 weeks. Once I hit my six week mark they told me I could call back everyday to see if I ge a tracking number. But I did email the uscis everyday for 4 days. Called today my paperwork is being processed after this morning

I emailed the uscis everyday since my 6week mark.... my paperwork is being processed.

As hard as it may be, give it a couple of days, give them a chance to do their work, or answer the phone from the likely thousands of other similarly-situated people.

I was told by them to call every day after my 6 week mark. Today I found out they have my paperwork but need to process it.

Mine still says case recieved since June27 2018 I got approved July 11th 2019. 1 person I know has been waiting 8 weeks another is at 6 weeks. Another 1 has the same approval date as me and hers was sent on day 28 of waiting but her status updates online and mine doesnt. From the looks of things they really are making some of us wait up to 90 days. 

This is so overwhelming. I'm on the phone every day for about an hour and a half just for two 2 min phone calls. My fiancee just tried and the called dropped. Hopefully we all here something soon. If I find out anything I will try to let you know what steps I took to getting to where we need to be.

I received our NOA2 and called once a week to the NVC. We are now past our 6 week mark so the NVC customer service rep told me to email nvcresearch@state.gov. I have done this and they told me I wasn't at my 6 week mark, but we are. Also, as I continue to call new representatives tell me to continue to email them so I am. Another representative told me to call the USCIS. I did this but now a women is telling me its not a 6 week wait its 90 days and that I havent hit my 90 mark.

Can someone please lead me in the right direction? Is it 6 weeks or 90 days? What should my next step be?
