    Hello, well I received a RFE today. So I'll propably send the paperwork back sometime this week. And to be honest I am not too upset about it, I want to stay positive and not to allow paperwork to upset me. I realize that there are many frustrated people, but everyone hang in there try to enjoy life, dont let this process become your life!!

    So I gotta get some paper work together, Oh do you guys recommend a cover sheet for a RFE response, and if the answer is yes can someone share theirs.

    And do I send the response to Lee's Summit MO, or to the chicago lock box??

    You mail the RFE back to Lee's Summit, that's according to the letter you received. No need of cover sheet, just include the original RFE letter.

    It seems like if you can see everything online except your I485 then your going to get an RFE.....

    hopefully we can get everything sent in quick and get the show back on the road!

    That's not necessarily true. Others still have nothing showing online have already had their cases transfered with no RFE's.

    I agree. I was able to see all my cases online since I got the biometrics notice (never got NOAs hardcopies). But still I got RFE..

    Thanks for the warm wishes guys! Hopefully, by the end of this month the EAD will be on its way. I am getting so excited to do more productive things and start a career that will give me a meaningful local experience. It's been hard to be out of work for months especially so that you strongly desire to contribute to the income. However, the waiting will not be long and soon enough everything will be easy on us. Things can only be better each day and every tomorrow promises beautiful experiences. We just have to continue to sail on... :)

    Thank you guys :)... my husband is gonna call them today and ask what they need from us, but they asked for tax documents of the most recent year and employment verification letter... as we submitted 2006 tax year papers, we guess they need 2007.. .... our co-sponsor's 2007 taxes papers will be ready only in the end of April ..... so hopefully they will need only letter of employment verification from my co-sponsor (my sister in-law) and my husband... so let's see what is gonna happened.... but believe me this letter made me even crying.... thanks God I have such an understandable husband who supported me... so hopefully we will send everything by the end of this week...

    Hope the RFE won't cause you any delays on your case. Just send them back as soon as you get all your documents.

    We just sent 2006 tax returns, hope that's fine coz we already got RFE!

    Got some word about my I-485

    Request for evidence

    on form 1-864a they need more proof of current income other than the taxes and w2s we sent.

    If we send his pay stubs for the last 6 months do you think that will be enough??

    The best proof for income is 6 months of paystubs. We sent the same thing.

    Also got an RFE for being stupid :bonk: coz I forgot to fill up the income and number of household in I-485. Hope it won't delay the process for our applications.
