My mom has a pending i-485 but her EAD has been approved. However, my mom has work outside the USA. Its mostly online but I would like to know if thats okay. that she has a job that is not in the US. its on the business side. I’m wondering if she could get in trouble because of this. thanks

Hi, i filed i-485 for both parents. They received their EAD already but i-485 is still pending. we are currently residing in California however, my parents need to go to Nevada for a while because of an ill relative. Can they live and work in Nevada for the meantime since they are legally able to work already? Or do they need to live with me until i-485 is approved? thank you

Hi. I am a US Citizen and i’m trying to petition my parents. they currently have a tourist visa. if they have a pending i-130, are they still be able to travel here using their tourist visa? thank you
