There is currently no new AOS form.......
What about the rule of submitting before the 14th of october? It says that the previous one won't be accepted except it is postmarked. So what happens after the 15th of october does it mean the form is invalid?

Hello vj family. Does anyone know anything about the new aos form? We didn't submit before October 14th we intend to file by the end of october. I just need to know are we disadvantaged in anyway?

I am not sure what you are asking in question 1 as you said both "Alien" and "travel"
2. WAC number for 129F
3. "Received date" from NOA1 for 129F, form I-797C.
Thank you I figures it out from all your answers. It was referring to my passport number. Thanks everyone

1. Either you have a travel document number OR a passport number. Not both. Most have a passport number.
2. Receipt number is what you used to check the status of your i-129f petition. It's printed on your NOA1 and NOA2.
3. Priority date is printed on your NOA1 and NOA2.
The priority date I saw was from last year on my noa1 and 2 does it still apply?

Hello! I'm filling out my AOS form but 3 questions stood out that not really sure of. I just want to confirm.
1) what's the alien travel document number? ( didn't see anything like that on my Nigerian passport)
2) the receipt number of the underlying petition?
3) priority date
I'll appreciate correct answers for this. Thanks

@wxman22Wow! Thanks I truly appreciate this. Thanks so much.

It works like this at pretty much all commercial airports in the US when you're connecting from an international flight* to a domestic one. Which I wasn't aware of when I came back from my first meeting with Anastasia and had a relatively short connection in San Francisco which I just barely made ...
* a flight from a non-US airport where they do TSA pre-clearance -- most major international airports in Canada and Ireland, Dubai, and possibly a few others -- is treated like a domestic flight for airport security
This is quite an interesting info. I'm sure glad I asked

When you land at JFK, you first go through immigration. Then you gather your luggage and go through customs, once you are clear of customs then you give your luggage back to the airline
Oh I see now! Wow thanks so much for this info.

@GreenbaumOh I didn't know that I'm supposed to get my luggage at the JFK airport. Isn't the flight supposed to take my luggage straight to pdx? Wow!

You will only go through immigration only once and it is at the first us airport you arrive at preclearance facility
Oh I see! Mmhmm I sure didn't know. Thank God I asked

Hello! My fiancée's state is Oregon but I'm having my first stop in New York. Am I suppose to give my big sealed envelop to the immigration officer in New York or am I suppose to wait till I get to Oregon before handing over the unsealed envelope to Oregon immigration officer?

And sorry to follow up, the police report doesn't matter as to it's validity. If you have the K-1 visa, that's all you need plus the packet they give you to give to customs unless they did the packet digitally.
OK thanks a lot. I was a bit worried about it

Please can anyone share their port of entry experience in Oregon? Also I need to know if the police report has to be valid by the time I travel. My police report is only valid for 3 months which will end by April /may. I got it in late February

Hello vj family. I just picked up my visa from dhl and I noticed that the visa is valid for 5months. I'd like to know, does it mean that I have 5months to fly And be married to my fiancee or does it mean I have 5months to travel after which even if I decide to fly on the 5th month my 90days would start counting after I travelled and arrived at my fiancée's country?
