No sign of an email from DX for us yet! Hope there are no hiccups 🤞

My case just changed to issued! I finally get to go home (I've been away from my actual home for two months since it was easier to stay in England with family than travel from Scotland during covid) and start making plans! I'm hoping to get out to Vegas Mid April.
Thank you so much for the support and helpful information everyone! Trust the process!!
Congratulations! Ours just switched from Administrative Processing to Issued too! All within a couple of hours 😄
I'm due to collect mine from the DX delivery office in Chancery Lane so I'll give it a day or two before looking into going to collect it.
Happy Days!

Hi all,
Our case this morning was updated from "Ready" to "Administrative Processing". Hopefully that means they are almost done with it rather than only just starting to deal with it this morning! We will provide a further update when the visa is actually issued.
DQ date: 2nd October 2020
Interview date: 17th February 2021 (Original Date 26th January 2021 but rescheduled due to "consular resources")
Case updated to Administrative Processing: 1st March 2021

Has anyone actually gotten their visa out of the embassy recently? Maybe @Zeppeli or @ergreenwell10? We had our interview on Feb 9th and submitted an additional requested scan (just a clearer copy of the original so shouldn't have been a big deal) an hour later. It's been two weeks now and our status is still "Administrative Processing". We've tried contacting the embassy but they won't talk with us about the status of our application until it's been more than three weeks. With all the new delays in appointments I wonder if everything else is being delayed too (we sympathize with you guys, our appointment was moved too and it's so heartbreaking!).
Has anyone actually received their visa/passport back in February so far?
We just want this to be over
March would mark a full year and a half since USCIS first received our green card application and we're so frustrated at being so close and yet still without any answers or resolution.
We have not gotten ours back either. Also says "Ready" on the website like everyone else.

Best of luck to @Zeppeli @ergreenwell10 and @Bubbapora on your interviews today! Please keep us posted on how it goes.
Thanks!
Sean arrived at the Embassy about 30 minutes before his appointment and someone inside took his name and checked him off of a list but told him he needed to wait outside until it was 10:45 (appt was at 11).
He said that they took his fingerprints and then took a few of his original documents such as our marriage certificate, his birth certificate, passport, etc. into another room to examine and brought all back but the passport. He was then called up to a window to swear an oath and then an officer asked him a few questions such as "When did you meet?, How did you meet? Why are you moving to America? Have you ever visited America? Have you met her family?" and then told him our application was approved. He was then given a paper that said the application/passport return could take 7-10 business days. He is going to pick it up from the drop-off location in London so hopefully it is ready soon before his Feb 28th flight or we will have to push it back a week.
Overall very smooth, in and out in about 40 minutes.

Hello Everyone!
Our Interview appointment is this Wednesday (February 17th) and I was wondering for people who have had their interview in London recently - how long did it take for you to receive your passport back after the interview? Would 10 days be enough? We are looking to book a flight for maybe the 27th or 28th and Delta has waived all change fees which is awesome but just wanted to see how long people were waiting for their passports first. Thanks!

Hi All,
First time posting here, We DQ'd 2nd October, Interview date 26th January!
Confirmation email came through today December 15th.
I have a question, the first step the NVC email tells us to do is
"Step 1: Register online
Before your interview, you must register a delivery address for your passport’s return with the embassy’s online service. Registration is free. Click the “Register” button below to register."
On following the link and filling in the page to register a visa appointment we are getting the following error:
"The Immigrant Visa case number provided is not ready to schedule an appointment. If you have not received an appointment letter/email from the National Visa Center (NVC), you can check the status of your IV case at http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/immigrate/nvc.html.
If you have received an appointment letter/email from the NVC or an instruction letter/email from the Consular Section directing you to this website to schedule an appointment, please make sure to correctly enter your IV case number."
We may be being a bit dense in our excitement/nerves- has anyone done this stage yet have any advice on this?
It may take a day for it to update on their system or should we start querying it immediately?

Hello, I have a question about changing addresses and how NVC will contact us regarding next steps such as interviews and DS-260.
My husband and I were just approved for I-130 on 9/2 (yay!) and in the notice it said that the beneficiary would be contacted within 45 days of next steps in filing for the visa. My question is how will they be contacted and will I as the Petitioner also get a copy of that notice? On this page from NVC it says that we will be contacted by email or physical mail but not who will be contacted.
The issue is that my husband's lease is up soon and he will need to move out and in with his sister while the last bit of the visa is processing before he can move to the US, and we cannot figure out how to change his address with USCIS so that he would receive physical mail. It looks like form AR-11 is only for changes inside the US! So, if I as the Petitioner would be notified of NVC correspondence or if it came via email it would be fine and he could move, but we don't want to miss anything that comes in the physical mail.
I would appreciate any guidance! Thanks in advance.

I apologize if this is a repetitive or obvious question, but are those who have a valid immigrant visa (granted spouse IR1/CR1) allowed to enter the US (even from banned areas such as the UK)? I read the text of the Proclamation and it seems that any spouse of a US citizen is exempt from the ban. Just wondering if anyone has done this or if I'm missing something...
Thank you!

Sean just got in last night! He had a bit of trouble at Heathrow with United because they struggled to check him in. They had several supervisors and someone had to make a call to the US to confirm that his visa was valid/figure out how to check him in? But they did confirm it and he was let through. He got through Immigration at Dulles but he said. it would be wise to make sure you have a few hours layover at least as it did take a while (luckily his flight was early so he had extra time!)
We are feeling very lucky and grateful to everyone here for sharing their experience
