So that written on her passport is enough for her to travel. I don’t need any other confirmation or approval right? I paid the 220 like a day before she came. I have contacted them they said they gonna get back to me about it . The guy at Uscis said she can travel Idk why the lawyer said ds240

Some lawyer told me she can’t cause of an ds240 approval what the heck is that

Yes it did not arrive and I paid the fee of 220 in oct

So my wife can travel with i551 that she got in October 2019?

My wife arrived in 10/18 and has the i551 on her passport saying permanent residence for one year. Does this mean she can travel without any problems back to her home country for one month without any issues? 

accidentally added the joint sponser twice. They are asking for the tax transcripts for both. It’s the same person. Hopefully they see that. Shouldn’t be an issue to just upload the documents to both of the same people right? Help

I’m like 8 days from outside of normal processing time. Pray for me 

Hey guys I filed an outside of normal processing time request with uscis. My noa1 is 7-9-18 they replied today telling me that they can’t give me the information because I’m not the petitioner or beneficiary or attorney. I applied for my wife I’m the petitioner. Any idea why they said this? It really upset me because they said I’m neither of them why would I bug them if I’m neither of them? Has this happened to anyone of you.

Yeah I’m at the Texas one which it says it’s in the mid of June for Citizens. Idk how this process works to be honest. I pray we all have a speedy NOA2 date. But know this that this is the longest part once this is over it should be quicker God willing in Sha Allah 

Guys my noa1 was 7-9-18 it was updated on 7-12-18 and I don’t think they looked at it after. This is the most stressful thing ever. Please pray I get my approval because I’m really stressed as I pray for all of you and will continue to pray for all you long after I don’t need this website anymore. It just stresses me knowing I haven’t gotten mine yet 😕 

I filed and received NOA1 on 7-9-18 still waiting it gives me hope looking at some of you who recieved their reply already but I’m worried about mine. Hopefully all goes smooth.
