I guess he wants to use against me some lie about me coming here and using him for green card. Which is not true!

If I really wanted to take any chances for get green card it will be so stupid to fight with him two months before interview.

If I really wanted just this I would be an angel and won’t try to go away from him.

 

I’m so sorry, you are going through this, best believe that USICS are not stupid and know marriage can be complicated, they also know America citizens use green card to abuse and victimize their spouse. Hope you have a lawyer cuz it’s possible he will contact immigration. Be prayerful, u will be vindicated 

My prime facia expired in October, I’m yet to get a renewal( I tot it was automatic) I contacted my lawyer but she said I should just wait cuz June/July are already been approved.I filed July 2018. Do you think I should go ahead and request for it or just wait.m wondering why I wasn’t sent a renewal.

I want of seek advice for my situation, my ex ad I separated last year, I have a child from a previous relationship so the child isn’t is, during the separation he emptied our bank account and claimed my child as dis dependent, when I found out I asked him to return d money but hasn’t done so, he is using the money to negotiate his way back to the marriage, he said if I want him to return the money I should allow him to come back home which I ve refused. He is now threatening to interfere with my green card application. My family has adviced I leave the money for him and not pursue to recover it, for fear of what he will do. I am really angry because I have gone through a lot because of this man and to lose my money just because I am afraid of retaliation I can’t bear..What do you pple advice because I am abt to file an amendment to claim my child. I don’t want him to win. Meanwhile I am still in hiding as he has threatened to have me killed, I have a restraining order but that hasn’t helped

You are wrong on that, in as much as they may not care abut adultery diseases is a different ball game, it is considered an assault under the law to intentional infect  and not discourse that you have a disease that will potential kill or cause greater harm. Get urself a lawyer

I think it’s best to go speak with a lawyer... they will best direct you on what to do

Reading ur case reminds me so much abt mine, mine was more sexual abuse ad physical, although he denied the physical, he couldn’t deny the sexual because unknown to him I saved all our medical transcripts of our doctors visits, that’s all I submitted. I am treating illness I didn’t enter the marriage with all because my husband chose not to disclose all his disease. Anyways God is in control

My situation is very tricky, my husband filed for my daughter ad i in 2016, my daughter got her 2 yrs but mine was denied due to a RFE I didn’t respond to, i appealed and my case was reopened, 2 weeks to my interview date my husband ad I separated due to domestic violence.( story for another day) I have since filed for VAWA in July 2018 and gotten my prima faca. I have been hesitant to file for divorce cuz he has been threatening to get me deported, In fact I am in hiding with my kid.This is my problem , I am told in order for my daughter to apply for her 10yrs I have to divorce my husband ad go to court,I am really scare of doing that. What oda options do I have.

So I’m a bit confused to what is happening with my case, submitted all my forms and documents on the 13th July 2018, submitted RFE on the 15 th of Sept 2018,also applied for c31 and c09, on the 11/18/2018, got approved for my c09 work permit but didn’t get delivered cuz I changed address, after much enquirers I was told the new card will be sent to my new address on the 20th. I just checked on the status of my c31 and I see card in production.I have a pending AOS so I thought I will get the c09 and when my case is approved I get the c31. My VAWA application is still showing RFE recieved.
