I empathize with you.
However, you need to cut your loses and move on. You will be more happy afterwards than spending tremendous effort in trying to get him deported. It is not as if USCIS is just gonna pick your call, locate him and put him in the next plane to Lagos..
Try and meet someone new and be cautious next time. Once bitten, twice shy is my motto.
I agree thanks.

So beating a woman is ok? I think not. Getting into the usa is a privilege that should be honored and respected. The laws should be changed.

Wow so even if a spousr is physically abusive he/she get to keep their 2 year green card and stay in anerica! That's crazy and unfortunate 😢 but thanks for your reply.

Hello,
I wasn't sure which preset title to select so I selected this one. I'm in the process of filing for divorce. My husband and I have been married 2 years since october. He's only been in the usa since Feb 2020 so 9 months. Do I need to report the divorce to uscis? Can and how do I request to remove my sponsorship? Will he be deported?

Its weird because the additional info I submitted still shows submitted not accepted. But according to the NVC Facebook group im in, I showed them the email and they said its the DQ email. I tried to expedite for several reasons like depression after giving birth, financial hardship, and to care for my ill son and of course Nigeria didn't approve it.

Hello all. We got DQ on October 18th then they requested additional proof of assets and employment which I submitted October 23. Hoe long does it take NVC to accept/review the documents? How long is the interview wait in lagos?

How do I add the k3 visa to our profile if we filed I-130 first? When trying to edit it, there's no option.

Hello all. So there is something that can be done about the people who married for a green card. There's a group on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/VOIF.Support/?ref=share
that shares info on what can be done.
