Thanks for information. I booked ticket from Cmn to new York.i have Cr-1 visa. So I I'm not sure if they can let to fly?

My wife  has CR1 visa that expires in 7 weekes we are trying to get flights but they keep getting cancelled. If I cannot get her here due to the uncertainty of covid 19 and international flights, Can i get her a visa reissued. I read online that i would need to submit a letter explaining why we cannot travel before her visa expires,  a new medical exam for her and to pay for the visa. Is that all that will be required? And how do I go about this process if it comes down to it?

Be patient and stay strong we are in  same boat. 🤣

wanted to know what Is the duration printed on a immigrant visa. 5 or 6 months? mine was just 5 months to expire. Thanks
 

After that case status date changed few times. Untill  march 3 it was showing *Administrative processing” with case last updated date as February 18, 2020 but today i check the status and its showing *REFUSED* but the case status update date still February 18, 2020 but Today I checked  again last updated  date changed  to 03/05/2020. But a still showing refused........?

am very confused .My wife  has been rescheduled to retake the oath on February 18^th 2020  cr1 at Casablanca embassy.  the VO congratulated that she is approved and she will get her passport with visa with in 2/3 weeks.  After that case status date changed few times. Untill yesterday march 3 it was showing *Administrative processing” with case last updated date as February 18, 2020 but today i check the status and its showing *REFUSED* but the case status update date still February 18, 2020

I checked my wife it's  say Refused

I'm happy for you Congratulations.I have question my wife had interview  18th last month wish 2 weeks ago ,her Visa  was approval but they asked her for a copy of the passport of our Son. She delivered it on someday,they received on 19th. So her status check  a still on AP. How long you think  I have to wait  .thanks

had my interview on 18 February got approved  but they asking to send them the passport  copy of my son.i sent it same day. I still waiting  from them email and my Status visa a still on AP. So there is any can tell me what I have to do.

Hello everyone,
When I was filling out DS-260 for my wife, I accidently selected “No” for this question below and submitted the application.

“Have you ever been refused a US Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?”

The answer to the above question is basically “Yes”.

How can I correct this mistake? Is this considered a major or minor mistake? Can my wife tell the consular officer on the interview day?
