Hello everyone!

Both my marriage certificate and birth certificate has been laminated.... Will there be any problem due to the lamination?

Only thing it was assigned to China. My wife is a Chinese citizen but lives and works in Japan. So now we need to get that changed. Yes we put Japan on the I-130 application. 

 

If anyone has experience changing locations (or has to change their location) any advise would be appreciated. Thanks.

NVC received my case on 31st october.... we should receive WL in 3-4 weeks.... Are you from Nepal?

You can send a copy of ur NOA2 to NVC... with few weeks they will send the WL letter.... NVC ask to send the approval letter directly to them if 6 weeks has past after the approval...

This entire process is so unpredictable. I know a person who upgraded case in january 17th 2019 and got approva in january 29th 2019. He filed petition on august 2018.  His wife is having interview in june 13th.

I am overwhelmed by entire thing. It is different for everyone.

How did you upgrade your case? Just by simply calling them or by sending mail. And did you get any letter confirming your case has been upgraded..
