Nakatanggap na ng mga kapatid ang interview appointment nila. Priority date JAN 24, 2002. So Im sure nag move and November bulletin. Good luck po sa lahat!

Yes, and the actual interview date is 99.99% when the date is current first time. Because there is also retrogression, so you cant have Interviews the next months, as the VB could move back 2-3 months by then.

This is not true. You need the IL to show to the hospital or they will NOT perform a medical. 
100.000 people have gone trough the same procedure. Some are delayed, this does not mean that for the other 99.900 it is as for you.
