I see. What country? We passed electronically so this is a sad news. But still hoping for the best. For our country we didnt have issue of late IL received. Well none from people i know.. hopefully. Lets hope for the best

since , i beleive they are looking at I-485 received date (ofcourse when your original i-130  date  has to be current)  and right now they say it could take upto 18 months for a I-485 to process

 

in that case. i am not sure which i-485 month filers are now receiving an interview letter.. ????

 

i am AUG 2018 i-485 filer with I-130 priority date of DEC-2016

 

Probably we’ll get our interview letter this feb. My pd is december 23 2016. How about you?

If your case at the nvc stage was pivot(electronic ), then you wouldn’t get a sealed packet. We didn’t get one cos we were pivot and we had no issues. 

So if we did online submission ing ceac website we will not get any packet after the interview? Hmm

So nvc sent us an email awhile ago, saying our documents are qualified and that they will be coordinating with the embassy for the scheduling or our interview. How long does it take fow the interview schedule to come? Our priority date is Dec 2016. Will they wait for ot to become current before they will schedule our interview or they can schedule our interview one month before it will become current?

Ur interview is mostly linked with ur priority date . U normally get an interview letter as at when your priority date becomes current ( final action date) 

Our priority date is dec 23. 2016. And its about 3-4 months away accdg to their bulletin. Does that mean i will be interview 4 months from now?

Hi what does ‘At NVC’ status means? We submitted all requirements such as aos and civil docs online like what they asked on oct 31. But was sent a letter saying they are asking one more requirement which we sent the same day. But until now it is not yet ‘accepted’ like the others. Probably how long are we still gonna wait? 

Hi can someone clarify this? What does this mean? So we submitted all aos and civil docs last oct 31. Then received a message saying we should send one more requirement which we sent the same day (Nov 7) but still the status of the new submitted requirement is ‘submitted’ while the others are ‘accepted’. How long does Nvc process or review this documents? And what does At Nvc means? Is the waiting period still long on our side?
