To be exact, "June is the best month (For VSC filer) ever!!!" I'm not sure if CSC is moving right away along...

I am happy to report that our application was approved at our interview on July 1. We recevied the green card several weeks later.

We did not have any touches and actually couldn't access the case at all until after the interview.

Our interview date is July 1!!

Just a few updates here on another Feb filer. If you could update the list, Anthony_Julie, it would be appreciated!

EAD and AP were both approved on 3/20. We received AP on March 22 and EAD on March 28.

I'm feeling frustrated because I still can't check the I-485 online!

Update:

We received the biometrics letter on Feb 16 with an appointment for Feb 28!! We're on the way!

it's been quite a while since I posted in this forum, but meowboy and I are now married and beginning the AOS process!!! I'll be back now and then, I'm sure, with questions!

I am! Just got back from the post office!

My husband and I are recently married (yay) and working on our AOS package. I think that we are ready to go except for the vaccination supplement/medical exam portion. He had his full medical in Australia and turned the sealed envelope in at the POE. He didn't receive any extra copies of the forms from the civil surgeon, nor did he know that he was supposed to make any copies of the forms for this stage of the process. So we have no forms related to the medical exam to submit with our AOS package.

His full medical was completed and everything was fine; it's just that we don't have any current evidence (DHS/USCIS have it somewhere). We are currently contacting the consulate, as well as the civil surgeon to see if they have any copies of the form. We want to avoid paying for a full exam again if possible. Any other thoughts on how to proceed? Would it be ok to submit the package without any medical evidence whatsoever (considering they already have the sealed envelope on file somewhere)?

I don't think I will submit information on my assets. I am planning on sending:

-the form itself

-a letter from my employer

-a letter from my bank (using the guidelines you suggested). At 9 tomorrow morning, I'll be in front of my bank with a year's worth of statements in hand!
