also someone with March 16 PD but Dec 2020 DQ got IL

people with March 16 PD getting IL of June, we should see another movement in upcoming VB. except few embassies most cleared backlog. someone with 2015 PD not getting IL? because their DQ date is far away from someone with 2016 DQ.

I am expecting at least one move in Chart B besides Chart A, look at F3, they started moving Chart B after clearing backlog. Pre- covid we see 10-30 months overall movement per fiscal year. If lucky most F2B 2016 applicant may be eligible for IL at the end of the fiscal year.
