It was returned in whole,  never went through, so no case number, confirmation ID or such.

@Boiler I don't really know  if I will ever have that oportunity again, I just don't want to leave in doubt.

Hello guys,

I was a K1 beneficiary, my exgirlfriend and I wanted to start a new life together, but things didn't worked out as expected.

She did send the petition, and it was returned because she forgot to add her birth certificate and some signature... After that she didn't send it back, we had some issues, broke up, and decided to not go further with the process.

I don't know what life will have for me in the future, so, I'd like to know, will this petition jeopardize/affect me as beneficiary of other petition? Is there a minimun time I should wait before someone files a petition for me again?

If you can provide me with a link it will be greatly appreciate it.
