Makes sense! Thanks! I do have other more solid evidence such as house deed, joint accounts and tax returns. Just wanted to know if I needed to throw this is as I’ve not seen anyone post about it. Not to hijack my own post but I was just reading the instructions and under the affidavit it says “Affidavits must be supported by other types of evidence listed above”. What did you include with your affidavit? Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship. (Such persons may be required to testify before an immigration officer as to the information contained in the affidavit.) The original affidavit must be submitted and also contain the following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name and address; date and place of birth; relationship to you or your spouse, if any; and full information and complete details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge. Affidavits must be supported by other types of evidence listed above. Thanks, I didn’t see a lot of people mention submitting it so I was curious what people thought.

Just if anyone included their payslips as proof of relationship because the payslips would reflect the same address.

Did anyone submit their historical and current pay slip/ pay stub proof of income other than tax returns?
