Hey Mr. Genius. I'm getting ready for my husband's CR1 interview in Seoul. As his sponsor, I need to submit tax documents, such as the W-2 and every form 1099, which should be requested from the IRS. You applied from Korea. I wonder did have to request these forms from the IRS or did you just use your TurboTax file, because I've heard it both ways. Since I've worked in Korea for the past several years, do I need to get my Korean tax translated or should I just use my American TurboTax? Any clarification from you would be much appreciated

Sorry i was late to get to you. Actually i am in same process with you. Same level. My wife is a teacher here. Worked here for a year now. But i do most research in the whole process while she focuses on work. Well to answer you. Since i am also preparing for my interview, i intend to to use her tax transcript for the most recent year which is 2018 couple with the affidavit of support form. Well. Where you able to get a korean police clearance certificate with lasped test result included? And where?
