Hey, I had this same problem this same month I uploaded a letter stating that I did not have schedule form or any of those document needed. I only have w2. So I uploaded all my w2 from previous years. With letter stating that I do not have 1099 and as I do not own a business or file 1099. I told them in separate letter I don't have a schedule form I did not request this because I didn't need it. And all my documents are now completed and and accepted

Nvc rejects your birth certificate because the date shown on bc as the date when is what made did not match you date of birth. If it is more than 10 years difference you need to provide a court declaration or other proof of relationship between you and your parent. I am not sure why marriage cert was rejected because I did not have that problem. Mine was accepted.

Yes that's correct. From when you submitted i751 bring as much as you can cos I learned the hard way wiy an rfe. This made me went to my last n400 with a pile of documents and only greencard and passport was asked by the officer.Have you filed for Citizenship yet? If not it's Advise to do that as it will push your case.

It just updates of life between me and my wife. Different leases. New insurances and renewals with recent dates, pictures of kids birthday and travel itenary ,joint bank statements recent month.My case made almost 2 years. I will say like one year 8 months cos I applied on 02/2021 for i751, then applied on 02/2022 for N400. SO I think you are within normal time frame.

Yes , I did. The first Interview was on 12/07/2022 but I didn't go with enough evidence for I751. So I was sent a rfe which I submitted then case was approved the following week. Then my second N400 interview was rescheduled.

Update on My Case. I just Passed The Interview. A simple Clean Process. Takes about 15 Minute I spent in total of 25 mins in the Building. My i751 was recently approved so she didn't even ask for no document aside of Passport and Green card. This is the easiest stage of The entire Immigration Process so Don't worry about Anything. UPDATE: Oath Ceremony on the 22nd of this month.

It means that is the estimated time it took uscis to process 90% of applications on that category which you applied for.

It's not necessary to have it. Ones he has a divorce documemt..you can use it as prove of marriage termination. If it's the date he can mention a closer date even not exact as it is not important. The most important thing is to mentioned that he was marraid then divorced.

Hello all, I am seeking to fine out how accurate the Status updat is when you check on your online account. Mine says "estimated time 3 Months". This has been changing from 10 months to 3 months.

Your questions have been answered correctly , and I had to carefully read it to understand. So between 2020 to 2022 you have had a 2 years extension which is 24 months. So as you correctly put it..he need prove of his legal status may be for work or travel and sometimes it's just to feel better knowingfully well you have your documents up to date, at this point I will call uscis and when the robot starts talking say infos pass and you will get to a live agent that will help you to set up an appointment .

The rules is that. You have to be marraid to that US SPOUSE for 3 years, it's doesn't say live with the spouse.

Congrats. Interviews should never be necessary if you had a strong evidence, all this changed recently from 2016. It's like things are back to how it was.... which make sense.

So this is my story, I filed i751 in February 2021. After my case has been more than one year, I checked on the processing time it's states normal processing is 8 to 12 months. I filed for N400 in February 2022, surprisingly it my dates on I751 changed relatively to when I immediately filed n400. So called them several times that my case was outside normal processing times, though each of those 4 times I called them the agent said different thing, one of them told me something cool, that if I call again like after 3 to 4 calls they will send my case to visa officer and a visa officer will reach out to me.... while the other agent said I am still on normal processing times, how ever I kept calling and they keep recording my calls in the system, after 4th call they sent me an email saying that I will have a combo interview since I did applied on n400. So it made me felt relieved and instead of checking on my i751 , I just checked and track my N400 only and its been 7 months now I am hoping I hear something by the end of the year. So if your intention at the end is to hopefully get a citizenship I will advise you to apply for n400 now..though you filed for outside normal processing time I don't think it's different with the calls I made but I am not sure.... but that's my Lil story and experience..

First of all without even considering not showing up for biometric, that 2 years Green card was long abandoned. If you chosed to follow the i751 and get a lawyer for your explanation that oh well we sent a letter about us not showing up bla bla, what about the Green card you abandoned 6 years ago? Me personally my advise is to start the process from scratch because I feel like otherwise you will be waisting time and money. File for a new i130 atleast this time they will give you a 10 year green card since you are still marraid for morethan 2 years now. This is the best rout to follow.

Yep. Bio is pretty much easy to go through. 98% always go through it with no difficulties. This days appointment come quicker than a few years ago. Now you are welcome to the waiting process like most of us are. And sure you will definitely have a new bio for N400.

The truth is, eventhough some did it successfully, it's hard to outsmart the DHS (especially at the POE). your intent was an issue, and the is no short way in this situation. You want to bring your family here, simply filed the right paper works from Kenya instead of trying to take short rout. The solution to this is, they should travel back to Kenya, you go to Kenya get marraid. Then start the process. If you are a U.S citizen it will not take that much time to process the application. One year or so. Any other way aside of this is just wasting your money.
