My daughter was 5 weeks before she got case number and we request for expedite and got approved so now just dont paying all fees and submit docs online.

Hello guys. I wanted to share about my daughter petition. My husband filed i130 last March 2,2018 she got approved Sept 26,2018 and got the case number last Nov 9,2018 and last Nov 10 I requeste to expedite the process because I am travelling to my country this coming November 22 and hoping that I could bring her with me back to US. I attached my airplane itineraries. Today NVC emailed me that the US Embassy is willing to expedite the process after the fees are paid and submis the required documents. Thank you!

What did you submit to the NVC in regards to your expedite? Because quite frankly I would be really surprised if that approved a expedite just off of that. Usually a expedite is given out for extreme hardship not just to speed up the process. 

Just trying but even if it gets denied thats fine just have to wait the normal

prpcessing. Do you know how long it can take after you paid the fees? And it says paid on CEAC?

To get the process done as quickly as possible that is the nature of expedite. I emailed NVC the other day and they response my request is under review and they’ll let me know as soon as the review is completed. 

Hello everyone who else requested to  expedite on NVC? Did you get approved? My husband filed I130 for my daughter IR2 visa. I’m traveling to my country this month and hoping that I could bring her back to US. Thank you!

No I didn’t know when it arrive NVC when I check on case status it says on Oct 4 we transfer your case to Department of State. I called once to change my address and I ask if they got my case they said not yet and said usually it takes 3-8 weeks

Yes approximately one month and 5 days I think.

My daughter petition got approved almost 7 months and tonight just got the NVC email with case number.

My husband filed petition for my daughter last march 2,2018 she got approved on our 2nd wedding anniversary last oct 4 and then just tonight the NVC email me the next steps and the case number. You are the next guys. Keep fingers cross! I cant wait to bring my daughter here in America.

Hello there! May I know your i130 timeline? My husband filed i130 for ky daughter iR2 I guess bc we are 2 years more married. We file last march 2,2018 approved sept 26 now still waiting for nvc email. How long does it take yours?
