    I am in the same boat. My 18 month extension expires March 18. I called and asked for infopass and spoke to someone that said they sent me an extension in November. While if so it never arrived? She said she would ask for it to be resent but it could take a month??? Carrier pigeon i guess? Anyways I have my n400 interview March 29 so I guess I will have to Uber there but while I am there something will hopefully get figured out.

    She is not cheap but I had a corporate return as well, but she knows her stuff inside out an backwards. Ask her? Mine was in 2019

    That's awful. If you pull up the sheet with all the other CLT peeps you are past due. I think we are probably mostly the 3 year rule.

    We too are in CLT and are 30 days behind you in applying for both I751 and N400. When I log into USCIS it shows 21 days for our approximate time for a decision on my N400. Yours must be less than that?

    in 2018 when I was applying i never actually received packet 3. I jumped the gun at one point and tried to do the next step and it was rejected. i think i waited 2 more weeks and tried again and it went thru.

    Congrats on your interview.  We are two months behind you.  When did they notify you of your interview?

    They did send my i751 to the MSC last month but other than that nothing has changed.

    I submitted my N400 back in June. Guess I thought they would transfer it to Charlotte where we live and not to Missouri.

    Mine was turned in June of 2021 and n400 June of 2022. Am going to have to get an extension on my green card as the extension letter I have now expires in March. Might be quicker to head to Mexico 😄

    Well my field office is Charlotte and it is 19 months from June of this year for my n400 which 1 month longer than the 30 months they are showing for all offices. This is not good for me.

    How do we find the processing times for i751 for MSC? Mine was just transferred from Potomac. Has anyone else experienced this and is it any faster than Potomac?

    I just received a letter stating my case was transferred to MSC National Benefits Center. There is no place to check the processing times for MSC? Has anyone else had this same experience? How long did it take if so?

    Not sure but TD I am able to do it online from a Cdn TD to TD Bank here in a matter of a minute or so.
