Please disregard. The doctor office is fixing it. Thanks

Hi all
I got an rfe for i693 after interview. Long story short after called so many doctors around NorCal i finally found one that could schedule me as quickly as possible. Yesterday I signed and got the sealed envelope for uscis and the copy for me. When i reviewed it I notice that they did not fill out my name and A number on the top of each page . They mentioned it would be ok but I was freaking out because the officer was terrible and felt like he would do anything to see my mistake and deny me.
anyone has the same issue with the name on the i693 that was not filled out (only the first page the “information about me”)thanks

Gosh that is so frustrating!! Sorry you have to redo your medical and I hope you can hear good news soon.

How can the medical expire?
i thought that if you sent it with your packet you wouldn’t have to resend it?
I apply aos from K1 visa. The medical was taken from abroad. But it is stated for aos K visa as long as you apply within a year of medical. My medical is valid till whenever they issue my greencard. I applied October 2019, my medical abroad was May 2019. But he said that it’s december 2021 and My medica was taken more than 2 years ago and is expired already
but i believe K visa is not his expertise and he is the kind of person that think everyone else is stupid and he is the law.
nothing I could say than say yes sir.
Another waiting on my part for the RFe letter that I do not know when it will come 😪🥱😡 -

August 2019 filer and yes, we're still waiting for interview to be scheduled. Status used to be waiting for interview since Oct 2019 but after we moved (still same city location), it updated to Oct 2020. I don't know if this affected anything...
My interview was on december 14. my husband and I got home feeling disappointed and mad. The officer was superrrrr nice that he interrogated (not interview) us for an hour and said our medical is expired eventhough I am from K1 but he insisted that what he said is the correct way. Been waiting for the RFe letter he “promised”. None yet.
hope yours is better than mine. -

You can look up the RFE letter in your USCIS account if you have one instead of waiting for the physical letter in the mail.
I do have one but nothing is there. I think it’s because my case number is not started with IOE. But MSC.

I can understand your frustration. Just respond to the rfe in due time and give them what they requested. I had similar experience with an unfriendly officer during my N400 interview and was issued an rfe and I literally was crying while driving home after the interview but here I am now a proud citizen and with an American passport. Everything will be ok bro.
Thank you. Right now i am waiting for the RFE letter that he said he will send it to me. hopefully it comes soon so i can take care of it.
yeah it is not worth it to argue with the officer. It just feels tiring because it seems like a neverending loops. 😪congrats to you!!!

In that case, it sounds like an error, which we have seen here before.
Some people have printed out the relevant DHS/USCIS verbiage that explains about the validity of the overseas medical exam when adjusting status from a K-1.
Thank you! What officer say is what the final say. I guess i am just waiting for the rfe letter.

It makes sense only if you were missing vaccines at the time of your medical. Were you? If so, they have no choice but to issue an RFE for vaccines that are mandatory for immigrants.
No. Everything is submitted in a sealed envelopes when i got here and the dhs or whoever those guys called took it in the airport during arrival. The interviewer just said it’s expired. Their expiration is 2 years. Eventhough in their website said if it’s K1 visa the medical is valid forever as long as my aos was submitted within a year of the medical and vaccination itself.
it is what it is but i am just wondering if anyone got the same issue -
Hi! I just got my interview today and same thing happened to me. They want New medical I693 because it’s passed 2 years expiration date.
how long did you wait till you get the letter and approval after you sent the new form?
thank you! -
So! I had my interview today. The officer was not friendly and it felt like an interrogation instead of interview. Long story short i got an RFE for medical check up and vaccines because it’s already expired. Eventhough i applied my aos within a year of my medical check up in my origin country.
anyone ever got issue like this?
i have to wait on the rfe letter and then got medical and vaccinated and send them the medical they want. And another waiting for the decisioni am tired. of this

They didn't ask for my wife's EAD card either even though we brought it with us. You are right, the Appointment letter does say to bring it, but no one ask to see it. I'm sure you're not the only person that ever lst a EAD card. It happens, we lose or misplace items all the time.
Thank you!! That’s a relieved! I was almost cried when i found out I could not find my previous ead that had expired.
appreciate it! -

Nobody asked for my EAD at the AOS interview. So maybe u will be fine. If they ask for it be honest and say that you couldn't find it.
Thank you! That’s what I will do!

Those are awesome news, congrats to you too! ❤️ Seems like our EAD renewals are close as in timelines. I do have to point out that my AP status hasn't changed yet either but I'm sure it will switch once I receive the card. That's how it went for me last time. 😂
Thank you! Thats a relieved! Better to have the AP even though we are not sure when we can travel haha

Following up on my last update: Today my i-485 status changed back to "Case is ready to be scheduled for interview" while in my e-mail notification it showed as "Your Case Status: Testing and Interview" which was a bit interesting to me, but I'm glad it's moving again! Hopefully I'll receive a letter soon via mail.
Exciting!!!

Hi! Did you also file for AP? How long until you got the info for your case number? Thanks
Yes I did. About 2 weeks after the documents delivered to their PO Box sent from USPS.

Yeah, seems like we’re sitting in the same boat! I’ve found a good job which I like to keep, this is my main concern especially because I know things can take their time. I would hate to drop out of work just because I’m waiting on my renewal... 🤦🏻♀️
Me too! I am going to start tomorrow! We are just going to wait for the noa. The noa will state that the last ead is automatically extended for 180 days while waiting for the new ones. So we will see. Maybe after thanksgiving they will start to send out noa. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Hi there, I filed for my EAD combo card renewal around 14 days ago but haven’t heard anything from them yet, no case number, no nothing. Should I get worried? Usually USICS is quick on sending out those case numbers which is why I’m getting a little bit nervous now...
It’s been a week for me. And I am worried too because I don’t have any other copy of the paper with barcode that they said we ought to use for renewal. Good luck for us hopefully we heard from them soon! The holiday might slow them down even more other than the covid issue
