    Thanks for response, but nobody responded in several days, and I decide to write Explanation and uploaded at USCIS website just in case do not wait longer in future RFE, the thing is in my passport has written “y” and father’s “I” but it’s the same depending what country translated, it’s related former Soviet Union when was 2 languages in each republic

    Hi guys, I filed I-130 US citizen, for my dad online, in my birth certificate we have the same last name translated in English but in passport one letter is different letter “y” in mine and “I” in dad’s passport because it was translated in other country different. I was citizen in different country’s than country I was born, before I came to US and my name also has 1 letter different than in my birth certificate, do I need to upload statement to explain that? Thanks
